Part 1
Barun's Chemistry...always going beyond!
When chemistry is discussed for any star or any show ...we generally have lead pair in mind...but Barun through his acting defies this norm.
In IPK, as much as Arnav-Khushi story had importance, equal importance was the relation Chhote and Di... There are sisters in every show...but the relation here hits you deeply...is remembered as long as Arshi are remembered...and it's Barun bringing that impact!
Remember IPK, first temple scene of Barun... he bends in front of Di and begs
"Aap meri Duniya ho"
He makes us understand what's Di for ASR...this moment is so early in series, yet it justifies much later the terrace dialogue "Di ke liye main kuchh bhi kar sakata hoon, tum jaisi ladki se shadi bhi kar sakata hoon."
When he hugs her in his vulnerable moment

When he cries in her lap,
"Dee Aap mujhe maa ki tarah kabhi chhod ke mat jana!"
We pardon him all his actions coming thereafter whether wrong or right.
This element of the exact relation being depicted in a single frame of his is Barun's strength.
ASR may look as a stern ruthless business tycoon, he may have focused internally holding his storm internally, he may occasionally explode within his volcanic core ...but still deeper inside, below that conflicted grown up Arnav hides the young boy Arnav who only knows love and care, who belongs...
Barun while maintaining the outward ASR, beautifully portrayed the innocent young Arnav within him... Such innocence in his stance, his face when he asks his naani, "Am I wrong in leaving the past behind"
or when he requests Naani to prepare almost forgotten favorite dish of his for his angry wife.
That's the Arnav as he was in his young childhood days, perfectly depicted by Barun!! Mind boggling chemistry with Naani!
