Maybe Suman was her earlier name&she's been renamed as Dhani by Dulari or BA post her earlier life whn she started life afresh.

Viplav will be surprised, hurt and maybe angry that he was not told about this . His family will have another weapon against them BUT I am very sure that he will recover and it will not be very long when he will back her.

I am very sure he will support his wife. he will not abandon her . This is the theme which has been repeatedly mentioned in the episodes with Dulaari saying to Dhani you are lucky that despite all that has happened you prem has not broken. Even Vip said no amount of MU will come between us.

He may ACT that he has a MU but he will Not .

Now if this does not happen I will have to think of an alternate hobby.

I don't believe in spoiler news. Why Viplav will be upset??? Dhaani tried many times to tell her past to him but he is not interested. So I feel VIP will get to know the truth from dhaani and support her. Now it's his responiblity to save dhaani from RA. And he even know dhaani don't harm anyone..
