@ pari - arre yaar no probz about timing and all, tum kabhi bhi dekh ke likho apne entry and if not same day, then next day we'll gush over how much we enjoyed reading it usme kya harja hai 😛😆 you lead by telling us what you saw and what you thought, we'll follow!! as for today... glad you enjoyed the Ramayan recaps, as I don't rewatch the Gurukul epis tooooo often so I d'nt remember whether it's before or after the Ram Katha narration, but Sandipani gives a really awesome explanation on how Shri Ram had 12 kalas so he was Maryada Purushottam and the next (not knowing it was his own student Krishna) would have 16 kalas and be poorna avtaar. Very cool explanation that helps us sort out comparisons people come up with between the two incarnations. can't wait to hear more from you, esp if you start from scratch with the online links like Aishu 😉
@ janu - lolz don't worry, you're safe - I too didn't much care for the lady playing Mohini, not sure where you got that 😆 It's just the song I love, since I'm into dance anyway - it's really fun and classical and peppy and the goofy grins on the daanavs' faces while watching her are quite entertaining 😆 the lady's not even an actress so what to expect... I'm thinking she was a lead dancer in that Natraj troupe that choreographed all of Ramayan and SK songs, because she can be spotted in every semi-danceable number in SK - the birth song in Gokul (she's the lady who puts the black dot on baby Kanha to ward off evil eye), Kanhaiya Jhoole Palna where they're all in yellow right after Shivji's visit, the Govardhan celebration song, etc. Considering that she was trained and the song was that awesome, they could've given it more intricate steps like the Jarasandh welcome song that's not in your set but... oh well 😆 glad you liked the songs, thought you would 😛 prepare yourself for really cute Swapnil-Sanjeev (Balram's name was Sanjeev Sharma) during the Jarasandh epis soon to come!!
