I dunno about the Chakravarthy, but Bali is correct. Indra killed Virochan, Shukracharya cursed him, and Vishnu declined to support Indra against him.

Chakravarthy is just a title meaning 'King'...we generally refer to Bali as Bali Chakravarthy since he was supposed to be a good King.

Almost correct. If you can justify all the clues perfectly then it's yours though I framed them deliberately to misguide the first possible answer to be Subhadra.😃 My character is someone else.
