Laxmi is daughter of Parvati.

Vishnu as Mohini married Shiva according to some legends of Linga and Skanda Purana. That's why Shiva is His husband.

But the one who took birth from Yashoda's womb was not MahaMaya Herself. She was YogMaya, a lesser aspect of MahaMaya and the power of Vishnu's Yog Nidra.

MahaMaya/Adi-Shakti/Durga is the divine sister of Vishnu, mother of Lakshmi and the consort of Shiva.

So yes, your answer is correct in its essential.😛
