Amit looked sad on Emon's exit - Page 3

well i didnt think that amit looked sad about emon leaving, like Maya_M said, bechara amit thinks that he has less chance of getting lots of votes becoz prashant it there now. but prashant i noticed looked a bit guilty that he was in top 2. because, i mean every1 knows emon should have been in top 2 instead of prashant.

Yes he looked guilty. Actually he is trying to improve and do his best. He listens very carefully to the judges comments and thinks about it how to improve. But in so short time it is not possible. And what can he do if his people in Darjeeling are so mad for him. It is not his fault or he has not told them to do so. He is a good guy yaar. I heard on Star Ananda Bengali Channel Emon's parents so humble and not at all sad that Emon is out and saying even when Ankita went we cried. And Prashant is a very good boy helpful , we wish he wins.

Ya I noticed Emon's Mom crying when Ankita left. She seems like a very sweet lady from the avi. No wonder her son is so sweet too.

I think its time to lay the whole regionalism thing to rest at least this time because if you claim that Prashant gets votes based on where he is form then obviously so does Amit. But at this stage of the show I don't think Darjeeling votes alone or Shillong votes alone are going to make a major chunk of the votes. It has to be from all over India. So accusations of regionalism does not make any sense at this stage.

Exactly.. agree with you

..it's not about being regional it's about supporting your homeboy who made it to this point of the contest, Amit and Prashant both are lucky to have a huge home supporter.If your team plays don't you cheer for them? These supporters are doing exactly the same thing . Don't accuse them for being regional. and People please don't treat as if darjeeling is not part of India and people from there who are supporting aren't indians.

Guilty of what? Or are you guys some facial expression experts that can look into somebody's expression and tell whether that expression is sadness or guilt?

And to the thread starter, Prashant didn't jump with joy at Emons ouster either. At this stage of the game, where these guys have spent that much time with each other, they are bound to feel sad at any of their ousters. If either Amit or Prashant would have been out instead of Emon, the other two would have felt sad just like Prashant and Amit were looking.

Amit was saddened at the thought of one more falling to the axe of public opinion/ frenzy/ voting.... or booth capturing, as I would call it.

Amit was saddened that popularity seemed to overweigh talent at this crucial stage of the contest.

Amit was saddened because a genuine good singer fell prey to the politics of the TRPs game

Amit was saddened that Emon did not get that final oppurtunity to nail the coffin on the Judges allegations. He had all but silenced the Judges, except Javed Akhthar, who seemed to be at his case, all through out.

i agree with you . You know final will not be an interesting there is no competition Amit is a good singer and Prashant's voice is not that good to attract a crowd
