Rahul connects more with the audience
I like Shivam's voice quality more
I think Rahul has better technique

I don't think there should even be a comparison.
Rahul is MUCH better.

I think Rahul is a better performer on stage ,he looks good & is more natural in interacting with audiences. But I think for playback Shivam has a mroe unique & expressive voice.

Shivam sucks. I don't know what Sunidhi sees in him. He is scruffy and not even a very good singer.
Because of him, Tia is out. Channel saved him to keep Sunidhi madam in good mood.

We have seen so much of Rahul and Amey in other reality shows also, so I feel its not right to compare Shivam with either Rahul or Amey at this point of time.
If comparison is to be made is should be made only on the basis of Indian Idol performances.
Don't remember much of season 1. I only remember Rahul singing Ehsaan Tera Hoga.
Amey gave some good performances like Laaga Chunri Mein Daag and Suno Naa. Then his Tu Hi Re in piano round is also fresh in my mind. But he gave some bad performances also like Satrangi Re, Rang De Basanti and Zehreli Raatein.
Shivam has also given a mix of good and bad performances. Pardah Hain Pardah, Khai Ke Banaras Vaala, Ik Hasina thi, Tere Naina will fall under the former category while Tera Jaado Chal Gaya and Koi Haseena Jab Rooth jaati hain will come under the latter category.
