He is not dumb for believing that he is infertile. That's very logical and the fact that he did a second test is the prove that he is still conscious

But

He doesn't have any proof that Madhav molested Imlie. All he has is hearsay from Jyoti and the "investigation" done by her. Does he himself have any proof that Madhav bought that med and gave them to Imlie? That he molested her? No and That's why may be he is being called dumb
