It's the economic angle that is driving this....there's a lot of downstream impact to shutting down production for 15 days....not just the daily wage workers. Channels faced big losses last year with a gap in telecast....most shows went haywire and took 1-2 months to recover in terms of ratings.....that is what they are probably worried about....if they pause the storylines, it will be hard to get back the audience connect after a break of 15 days....the ITV system is not well set up for the break format....especially for daily soaps.

Agreed! people have to make a living too. Tough to balance the risk of infections and the economic need. Just hope they so safely. Praying for everyone.

This story actually doesn't even need locations to enhance any scene cuz most of it runs on the character interactions and the strength of the team's acting performance....so let's hope they can continue to maintain that even in this tricky situation.

Extras toh Hyd mein bhi mil jaayenge since they have their own version of Filmcity there to shoot in....waise bhi Imlie mein kahaan hote hain koi khaas big sequences that would even need a lot of junior artistes😆

Agree this show focus only on the characters and not the background. Adi’s office, hospital, yesterday’s press conference and T house are all same. Imlie’s little nook is right next to the mandir. On normal days it has a sofa and then turn to Imlie’s nook. BK’s room is shown as the same room Imlie was in before she went to PD. So, I do not think location change would make any difference to the story line. They may just give a small disclaimer.

So much word this show doesn't need sets /costumes etc to.enhance ya to focus upon their story and actors are enough to.keeo.your attention and going tight ..

About shaadi am not sure how much they can show shaadi function given ke restrictions toh other places pe bhi hai hi na and those occasions do demand thoda bohat crowds

So mera idea is still ke teeno ko le jaayeinge bahaar and baaki will shoot from home on phone/videocalls if and when needed

So mera idea is still ke teeno ko le jaayeinge bahaar and baaki will shoot from home on phone/videocalls if and when needed

I think they need 2-4 more characters saath mein. Sirf in teeno pe nahin chala sakte coz each time two of them are together, third person needs someone to interact with too na 😆. Sirf phone calls se nahin chalaa sakte for 15 days. Unless they fill each epi with 50% flashbacks. Lol

Jaise bhi hoga, we should definitely adjust our expectations big time regarding what quality of story we can get in this interim location change phase.

Or maybe they will move insert another PD track... PD set tho kahin per bhi mil jata hai, Iam sure , Hyderabad’s film city also has a lot of village sets

thats the corporate world for you ... if you are not resilient , then you are dead ... it’s a highly competitive world out there and people are also highly compatible and strong willed

Interesting if true. This maybe a tactic to get started on negotiations with the government to get them to exempt the industry. Because how can they take the entire crew along with them? The cast they can to an extent. Crew, the most important ones. Other than that they will not be able to take all? Which means paying people in the other location. Will MH like that? So it could very well get them to allow the industry to continue shooting.

But if they do go elsewhere to shoot, we will in all probability have to tone down expectations for a bit.

As long as they are all safe and not spreading infections, hopefully these other things will sort itself out. Balancing economic impact with health is tough.

Yup @bold thats a given... i would prefer the information line about the location rather than a sudden function... waise bhi they take so much cinematic liberty most recent being imlie 's exams 😆
