That beyond the thorns ,there is actually a rose
That beneath the oyster's hard shell,inside is a beautiful pearl ?
That the water in a desert, may just be a mirage ?

That when my tone is rude, its the tremble I hide
That you would see the shiver,if I didn't hold your arm tight ?
That when I look away, its tears that I fight ?

That despite what you think,life is rarely fair ?
That despite what the mind thinks, its for the heart we care ?
That not all truth is truth and all lies lies ?

That whatver you see, may not actually be
