/I don't know about Aarzoo but we viewers definitely need to know about Sahir's past. We love SAAZ's romance but also wonder about Zeenat all the time.Sahir's character has been sketched out well, he has been shown to be a fair and considerate guy, don;t think it will go well with his character to hide anything from Arzoo if he wants to take their relationship to another level.

He is crazily falling in love, maybe once he realizes the extent of his emotions he could come clean or maybe Alvira can help her understand the background just the way she helped Sahir to understand Arzoo's past. Anyhow we can only hope for the things to fall into place in the right way, the rest is up to the creatives.

I am sure KA will be a great help in Aarzoo's quest after all she's a kurti cheez, and on learning how curious aarzoo is about sahir's past she may twist the story of zeenat and sahir per her convenience because she too has a quest of separating aarzoo and sahir.
