As I saw the scene Sahir was lost in his thoughts of Zeenat who from the FB scene we can gather was materialistic & always put Sahir down... He is still thinking about her when Aarzoo comes in & she is doing all the things that maybe his wife never did... Looking after him, managing his routine... He wants her to get out of the room because he is attracted to her & he likes what she is doing but since his past baggage is so much he is conflicted & wants to push her away... If you think this was just like that dream sequence dinner table scene... He is fighting his feelings for her, she is affecting him so much so he reacts like this. I quite liked the scene... It was quite bold, edgy & new.
