I came in third, it was the third task in triwizard tournament
But brought in forth. It was in the 4th book
Four is the beginning,there were four champions who entered it
Two was the true end. But only Harry and Cedric got the cup and won but it was a portkey.
Grown from famous, it was grown on the quidditch field
Faces many anxious. More than school as in parents and ministry members came to watch the final task.

Clue:
A lot takes place in me, many obstacles were kept for the champions
Not easy to be free. Again obstacles and charms plus the complexity of the maze.

Like I said, that was a crazy riddle...

But a small mistake.. In the second line you wrote it as forth instead of fourth..
