It's a clear case of domestic violence, Savi must warn Ishan that she will file the police complaint if it happens the next time. But you cannot expect that from this thrash PH. Just see how badly they treated molestation in their other show. Savi should tell Ishan everything if he believes it then fine otherwise she knows what to do i.e. to either run away like today or tomorrow live her life as her own will like a boss
