One more thing that striked me was that the day V snatched vinu from Sai. What impact it made on her. Only one thought came in her mind that waht if V snatches her this baby also, she won't be able to survive, she won't let anyone do that. At that time her fears took over her mind.

But , yes I feel that she should have taken a legal route and divorce him at that time if she was so done with him. She is very strong we all know.

Totally agree with you buddy, but they will show Sai a bad person with some illogical reason and Pakhi as devi... Didi k sath Virat hai usse protect karne k liye and when criminals have support of kanoon k rakhwala then toh bhagwan hi malik hai... Time and again they all collectively abused Sai for years they can snatch both the kids from Sai and give it to didi and virakhi will be happy family with 100s and 1000s of chirags.... Sai can get divorced on grounds of adultery , cruelty

Virat can get divorced to sai on grounds of desertion , presumed dead

Virat n pakhi can get divorced on grounds of non consummation.. plus married on false papers

they should have waited for 7 years .. and then got married .

But divorce karne ke liye you have to go court .. abd pay the lawyers .. and get the decree

Even if virat sleeps with pakhi so what .. to make his marriage with pakhi legitimate.. he has to let go of his rights on his only biological child Savi .

Will Virat value pakhi above Savi ..

Either they will show it to be illegal later or show it as a struggle for Pakrat to get a divorce. I don't think or know if they have decided what route to take with this. Sheetal also did 8 years, she edited the post. Neil said 7. Star said 9 and then edited.

Matter will go to the court if Sai files bigamy complaint against Virat as Virat has evidence that he married Pakhi after Sai was assumed to be dead, there's no case against him as he is a police officer

His ex wife, Sai's money (Her aaba's pension etc) would have been transferred to Virat after her death, if she had insurance then that too, personal life of IPS officer is updated, he married Pakhi in court or anywhere, he must have legal documents for it which means he had Sai's death certificate too

Legally speaking, if Sai was using her Aadhar card or her bank account was active, it would have been in police record too

Aadhar card has biometric system

All in all, Bigamy charges don't stand against Virat

Then, Comes divorce, in this case everything is upto Sai and Virat, If Virat wants to stay with Pakhi then he can divorce Sai

Sai didn't fake her death so no case against her

Edit - Pakhi can go to court too, 2nd wife doesn't really have any legal right but I think everything depends upon the judge, her marriage is not legal but she is entitled to compensation
