wow so they are not gonna keep PP in jail for even a day?!

even Sai spent a night when she got framed. V himself spent a night. PP who is actually criminal is not gonna even stay in custody. cant tag @elska- but to any of our resident lawyer friends on the forum- is PP's offence even bailable?! If Sai is concerned for her child's safety because of this woman, how can she get out and return to the same house as the child?! kya chu***apa hai!

IF reported that V himself was gonna bail PP out. so that is epic betrayal. itnaa dialogue bolne ke baad, if he actually decides to feel sorry or whatever and have her bailed- that too to return to CN instead of her parents house then it'll be ridiculous. Sai should have got a restraining order to keep PP away from baby Vinu....

on what grounds is V gonna bail PP though. he was so gung ho about her getting her due punishment and all- as usal human pendulum ki tarah he will swing. he is even more despicable than BK and PP honestly. Atleast their ludicrousness is not surprising. but V as ML is the worst, Ek hi din mein palti marsakta hai yeh aadmi

BK wants to bail because izzat of khandaan

but why V?! not sure what the DM meeting will have to do with the whole issue....he thought DM wants to meet him pertaining PP

Because everything pertaining PP being surrogate is illegal and punishable so why would any of his official colleagues tell him to bail PP?!

Not just the kaand's she has done but even just the fact that she is ineligible per law- given that she doesnt have her own offspring. ghum makers knew that.

even if they use "mental illness" as the excuse to bail her, that has only been diagnosed after her delivery, not when she got implanted or was plotting against Sai. So she was not mentally ill when she did all that- atleast not with a formal psych diagnosis. she was not on treatment. so what are the grounds for her bail?!

Yay! I am happy finally the crimes are being punished … even if it was in 1.5 episodes I am just glad to see the criminal exposed and behind bars!

Yesterday someone mentioned that Neil’s acting also depends on the person opposite to him…. I find that to be so true today! Neil and Ayesha have found that balance and loved them today!

I love how domestic Sai and Virat are, virat embracing Sai/Vinu as he enters the room (I bet it’s not Jafar, coz it would have been captured in much better way by him) but it was nice! Also loved how Sai pulled his shirt to stop him. I know some folks want Sai to stay angry at V, but to me for husband and wife who were shown to be strong through out this and the fact that she knew Pakhi was playing games; most importantly no mother would want their father to stay away! I am glad he apologized! Neil and Ayesha were really good!

ayesha was really good. NB was so-so. he didnt suck but his apology lacked sincerity to me. He was saying the lines but it was lacking that desperation that he had in the past in prior apology scenes- after hand holding, after home ousting, after her first accident post ajinkya incident. in all those times he had much more desperation in his body language. As audience you felt like he meant it. Ofcourse in those times it was also that Sai was in no mood to relent but Sai here is more mellow, but still his voice and body language should have reeked of regret and shame which he didnt have, he seemed to justifying his acts by claiming how he got trapped, how he was emotionally fooled etc etc instead of focusing on how he mistrusted his wife. that was the crux. even if V didnt believe Sai's theory just because it was Sai telling him these things, it warranted atleast him hearing her out and reassuring her instead of rebuking her every single time. he has scoffed at her instead of listening. Even if Sai had imagined it all, her insecurities and fears needed to be addressed and not brushed away. he has done a full U-turn on his stance about gundas- he was so casual about the attack on Sai but now when he realizes it was a saazish suddenly he realizes anything could have happened. what if those goons had slashed her neck with a knife or raped her?! the gravity of all that should have full force been expressed more. but instead we got him victimizing how he feels betrayed by pp and how he feels. Isnt it time to focus on how Sai feels for a change?! Sai only and only cares about Vinu. So she is not indulging in punishing V or staying angry with him because she just wants to enjoy this beautiful phase of being new parents to this adorable little bundle of joy which has come to them after much battle. but i do wish that her struggles were not minimized so much. V should have endorsed how much Sai has suffered at his and PP and CN waasis hands throughout it all. infact they could have even shown a V-Ashwinin scene to have ashwini tell him she has seen Sai's hurt, how much she has had to swallow and tolerate just because she couldnt convince V to listen to her.

Bail is the rule and Jail is the exception

We don't know the charges framed against her so assume she is charged with something which is non bailable, in this case she has to apply to court for bail and the court will decide if she should get bail or not

Pakhi has been arrested by police and they have to present her in front of magistrate within 48 hours, her lawyer can file an affidavit seeking bail and she has strong case for bail since in mates assaulted her in presence of police officers and she has no past criminal record

In real life, She would have been out on bail, one can't stop someone from getting bail, the case is not in trial period yet, chargesheet has not been filed

One can't ask people to keep her in jail because she is not a criminal yet, even convicted felons get bail

This is my understanding of the procedure, do correct if wrong

IBF and SP will have fresh round of complaints if V bails P out.

I can still understand if BK or her mom does that... But if V does that. He is gone again 👎🏼

If she s not well, they should admit her n hospital and keep her mother with her or Mansi bua. Not get her home.

And give her a separate cell.

Ya but they never show any details/logic.

Just based on common sense I'd think that if somebody gets charged with an offense where she's potentially a direct threat to the safety of an individual, she cannot possibly be granted permission to go back to being in their vicinity. So even if she can get bail- she cannot be allowed to return to CN until the full case is heard. Shes the surrogate. She has no claim on the child. And given the charges, theres no sense in PP being in CN. Also PP cannot claim any ownership in CN also i think. Sam is dead. She wasnt truly a bahu of the house and she has alternate housing available anyway- her maayka

And applying for bail n getting it should be something that pp does for her self by hiring a lawyer and her parents can assist. There's no sense in showing CN peeps getting her out on bail- especially Virat. Why should V hire a lawyer to file for bail in her case?! IF reported that V bails her out. So that means he will arrange a lawyer for her.

Alsp usually in such cases, cant the police itself can request the court not to grant bail until investigation and trial happens because she is a threat to the safety of both baby and Sai right?

I have heard that in serious offences, police request the magistrate that the accused is in judicial custody for 2 weeks or a month wtc until the investigation is happening.

The actual "jail " thing starts only when they get convicted and sent to a facility. But she should remain in judicial custody and if she gets bail she cant come to CN!
