My take on this. I'm clubbing my responses to Moor & Msin here.
It is definitely a promo being their latest toy in playing games.
We have discussed this earlier. @Sadhika you might have felt this.
The promo is misleading as usual. And it is not because P is not exposed, but for what she is exposed. Her actions have been exposed, but her intentions haven't. And this will play a major role in how this pans out.
Go back to the scene where V is talking to the baby. P is upset that V is addressing Sai as the mother and speaking to the baby. But when V asks she fakes it that she is emotional as she will have to handover the baby. And V has fallen for it and he assures her that she can be with the baby as much as she wants.
What she has done is made her fake excuses and intentions more stronger in V's mind. For V, P regrets not having a baby of her own and a purpose in life. He has bought this excuse and is sympathetic towards P.
Also, Sai has not disclosed the open threat given by P to V. This would have probably changed things. She was right that others wouldn't believe her and there would be a scene. But V knows Sai wouldn't lie. He will disagree when its her assumption, but not when she calls it out as a truth.
This episode is not right after delivery. It will be a few days after P plays her game, like feeding etc to keep the baby with her. There is that win coming her way when V will give P the baby. Sai is already on alert after P's threat and post delivery will only make her more desperate.
She will unearth the proofs herself, proving that P committed those crimes to illegally implant herself with the embryo. While this is reason enough for getting her arrested, Sai will be doing so as she knows P's intentions of snatching her baby and husband. But V will only consider this as a desolate widow's desperate move to find happiness and purpose. Hence he will be favouring P in this. He will still not be seeing the evil side of P here. And P will act on the same lines to gain his and others support and sympathy.
Sai will be left alone in this battle. Bk is dicey here. If P takes her up on the crime, she may side her, but otherwise in her love for the "Chirag" she may support Sai.
It's given, V will get P out. Sai and V will have a showdown and she will walk out. There will be a court case and she will drag V into it. DM is after him anyways. All this will further strain their relationship. The baby custody battle will be there. My hunch, if the family and V will sabotage the case under P's influence and Sai will lose the baby to them eventually. Thats how sadistic the makers are.
She may be pregnant and unaware of it and there is a leap post which it gets revealed. V always wanted "kheer". Sai will bear that daughter.
I hope I'm able to put across my thoughts clearly.
Two things
1. Whatever the justification, V being an IPS officer has taken another blow on the character by trying to underplay P's crime in the name of the family. He should stop calling himself righteous. He lacks the unbiased, truthful approach on crimes. That is not how an ideal officer is to behave. My family is different from the others and they are pardoned under the special grant of being "My Family". He has done it enough times to prove it. Whatever the intentions a crime is a crime. Will he spare a stranger under the same excuse. His harping about his "Farz" looks like a joke. His farz is sheltering his criminal friends and family except his wife. She for some reason does not fall into this privileged category. She is used to be proved to the world of his dedication towards his duty. Sham!!!
2. I know this is not even a scope. But Sai said main humare bache ko leke chali jaungi. Has P delivered or is she referring to her unborn child???
PS - Why will the Chavannis leave their beloved pregnant P alone when she is heavily pregnant. Why does the entire family have to go? Why could't Ashwini or someone stay back? Some logic? Because they wanted V to do his "kartvaya" all by himself? Sick 🤮
