Not affair. But wouldn't sensible people at least have a doubt with Pakhi's over interference on SaiRat's matter and her clinging to Virat unnecessarily. In fact, many of them seem to have a doubt already. It is just that their hatred for Sai will not allow them to ever express it. Otherwise who would advice a bhabhi to keep a wife away from her husband. That sort of ridiculousness happen only with Chavans.

They are not some dudh ka dhula people, they are criminals, they like Pakhi because they think Pakhi has some control over Virat, she is disposable as soon as they realize that she holds no value for Virat. Why’s Sai seeking their validation knowing about their criminal deeds is something I can’t understand

Sai was trying to present Virat and Pakhi’s relationship as something “Ghinona”, They had a past and virat told her this from the get go, she is accusing them of something they are not doing, they are not having an affair, just because Pakhi wants something doesn’t mean it is reality

No family would believe accusations like this, it is just my POV

I guess this is what Virat was supposed to be like - to make it easy for the plot. Well, I can't root for SaiRat or this show anymore. Unless they show Sai walk out and live her life...(which they won't show)

GoT(the show) was a prime example of how to f*CK up characterization. They missed the nuances that were there in the book - leading to the mess that it turned out to be. The book on the other hand is so consistent, beautiful in characterization...I'm sure even Dany's 'breaking bad' phase will be written convincingly (if the remaining books do see the light of day)

Totally spot on! The books were spectacular with their nuances and layers, but the show decided to forego all of that in favor of "totally sweet" plot contrivances. Smart people suddenly became stupid; "Dany kind of forgot about..."; and in addition to Daenerys, they completely destroyed book Stannis too. GRRM definitely needs to step it up and finish!

And so Virat is the above on steroids. There is no way this show respects their audience enough to write Virat as a complicated character whose motivations are defensible. It's a show about drama and zingers - everyone gets a long monologue while insulting and lying, and then it's the other person's turn with a comeback monologue. Then Ashwini cries. And when people are walking away, someone saying something causes them immediately to stop and listen for some inexplicable reason.

Lies are never challenged in real time; things the protagonists could say to immediately shut things down are never explored, and so the process repeats in perpetuity, and nobody really gets their just desserts...I mean *they kidnapped a dude and entertained murdering him*, and now he's crying and thankful to them for some insane reason, and it will never be brought up again. It insults my already too generous suspension of disbelief, but yet I watch, so maybe I deserve it.

this is how a soulless character behaves lakshmi and they showed just that!! No soul and such a character loves only onseself and stoop as low as possible!!!

And i guess the character Virat also is demolished today. Being silent at times is also assumed as "acceptance" by many people and that is what was portrayed. I hope no one is real life faces what Sai the character is going through. She should walk out and never come back, which we know is not going to happen!

Let's not insult Sai and Mohit by putting them in the same category as BK-Ninad or Virat-Pakhi.

Why do they think Pakhi has some control over Virat? Because there is a past they shared and that past is still influencing their present. Anyone with a single braincell will have a doubt about their relationship, given the way Pakhi behave with SaiRat. Now coming to EMA, Virat might not want that but Sai has no idea about it. As far as she is concerned, her husband gave a vaada to a woman, who happens to be his bhabhi and still goes out of the way to support her. Anyone is bound to MU the situation. Virat had many chances to clear his part. But he chose not to. He also gave unnecessary freedom to Pakhi to interfere in his married life. All that happened is a result of all these things. But that is debate for another time.

Chavans may not believe Sai's words about the affair but they should at least have a doubt about what is going. Normal people would have doubted Pakhi's intentions a long time ago, like Ashwini did. But for Kaku & gang, Pahki is the tool to throw Sai out. So even if they believed Sai's words, there is no way they will openly admit it.
