I had almost forgotten that song from the show. Could never have guessed you would use it. But it fitted so well here.

Let's start from the beginning.

I have a confusion about Dev and Tara's relationship status. Are they married? There isn't any mention about it. Or am I too dumb to catch subtle hints? 😆

Anyway, Before talking about Dev and his mother and their story, I'd like to point out what a golden heart the young Tara has. After being so brutally wounded by the big bad world, she still has softness to herself and an instinct of spreading love. Oh, I just adored how she forgot all her hurt with Dev's mum and welcomed her so openly. Dev is very lucky to have found her.

Tara is lucky too, for you don't find sacrificial, silent and givers in the man field so easily. I love this Dev, strong but more soft. It was high time he took a stand for his mother when she can't.

Talking about his mother, I can't help but sigh in grief at her kismet. It was her brother who pushed her towards a golden bed of thorns that her life became after marrying Makhija. I'm surprised how she was allowed to retain her surname from Jeet. Although I sympathise with her, I can't help but think why she never tried to leave him after her brother was dead. Surely, she Could have mustered enough courage then. But maybe she needed support like now she is getting from Dev. I still hope there's a little bit more to your story in the next epilogue. I would want to know how Makhija and his son react to this stand.

And life has come full circle for Maan and Geet. All those hardships they had to face earlier had surely rewarded them sweeter than they imagined. Passion is still there in each of them for the other but I feel their love has been promoted. It has now brought with it, reverence of each other, of respect. I love the way she feels when he plays with and cares for their babies. I feel the same. And I love the way his feelings have gone far from physical passion, by the way he is proud of her achievements.

Thank you for such a fulfilling epilogue for a beautiful beautiful story!

Thanks for pm n pw. The hidden story behind dev past is very sad how his mother had to sacrifice herself for the relations. Again it proved no golden cage can give pleasure to a free bird. It not only spoiled the momentry happiness but finish the future too. The gesture tara showed towards dev mother is very sweet n lovable. She remind her of her own goodtime. Wish she could stand for herself n her child happiness.

Mere KARAN ARJUN AAYENGE. It is the first thought came to mind after reading about twins. Everyone has different form of struggle in life. But after getting boons from life no struggle seems unworthy. Maan n geet doing alot at every front which is tiring them endlessly but the support n love as a family is giving them strength to manage every thing. Waiting for next.

The update was beautiful. You have described the helplessness of Dev's mother beautifully. Both Dev-Tara is hungry for mother's love.
