I am sad, angry, heartbroken and devastated don't know what more words will explain my state of mind right now seeing this nonsense news. Why the f**k they want to close down the GEET forum which is a sole reason for me to come on IF?

First of all what the hell is problem with the off air forums, did we create a riot here or abusing someone. Is it about the website performance or storage issues or is it inactive or there is no moderators to look after the forum? There is no problem exist without a solution.

Are the playing with our emotions in the name of prank or they just want to see us suffering mesirable knowing that our safe heaven is closing down. I don't know what happens if they close it down, I am already half dead when GHSP ended abruptly and now they want to kill us fully by taking forum down.

I request everyone to flood admin/moderators(vijay/jyoti06) inbox with your PMs or do something to save this forum. Lets HALLA BOLL

i dont want to lose geet forum only last thing which is attached me with my maaneet why they are closing the last string which not let me felt that geet is end now

please any one wake me up and said it a horrible nightmare

I guess if they are stories then they will be put into the Fanfiction forum. If they are simply chatting threads then there is a seperate forum for that. Unfortunately all my threads are closed anyways so I am not even going to request them to be shifted. As long as my personal thread with my stories and tutorials is not affacted I can live with this. But lets see if this is a prank or not. I guess, since it was a global announcement, it is true.

I can remember something some time ago. Moderators wanted us to use the chat club and other fora instead of using one serial thread for all these activities. I guess it didn't really catch on. Maybe this is another way to promote the idea of using seperate fora for seperate activities.

If the announcement is true, then YES. If the forum closes, all open threads will be locked as well.
