Annie was speaking to dadi in her mobile in a corner, explaining her in short of maan's marriage,it looked like she was having a tough time to make dadi understand the situation. Bt none noticed this as all were busy completing/watching the last ceremony-bidai.

Maan was feeling awkward ,though he could never regret marrying geet, he was feeling uncomfortable with all the people staring at him-some with admiration, some with suspicion & some with sarcasm,more than that..he was in his OWN WEDDING wearing an office attire(well,how would he know that his dream was going to fulfill today?! If he knew,he surely would have worn the sherwani which annie had selected for him) ..bt what bugged him the most was geet's blank look when he looked at him..

He thought she would yell at him, or at least express her astonishment saying atleast something'all she did was to look at him once & then lower her eyes.

The people gathered there weren't really helping, some were busy saying how great maan was,some of them doubted his intension, after all WHY would he marry a bigmouth girl like THAT..some were busy criticizing him..making fun of him..hmmp aaya bada hero banne, jab pure ek insaan ka bojh uthana padega tab pata chalega(here goes to hero! He will know what mistake he has commited when he has to take care of that girl)

U can find these kind of people everywhere..these people, who can only gossip, & make a normal thing a spicy unchaste story,bt don't expect any help from them when needed , as u will find none of them.

Though maan heard all of these nonsense he didn't pay attention to them..he was busy ,watching geet.

Her mother was crying hugging her as well as her father..bt she didn't shed one single tear,she kept mum..instead she whispered in their ears'

She sat on the car,maan was hesitant to sit beside her,because he knew..she needed space now, so he sat infront..while annie sat beside geet.

Bt brij had to come..he told that one of his friend's house was on the way & insisted to drop him.

So as the groom, maan had to sit beside anie, while geet was at the other corner with anie in middle.

He couldn't describe in words what a awkward situation it was..he could hear geet's muffeled sobs, she was crying softly so that the person infront cannot hear her cries ,keeping her head on anie's shoulder,while anie tried to console her. Maan so much wanted to console her, bt the situation didn't let him'.he was happy on one side bt sad looking at geet''''.

they reached maan's house ,now geet's sasural..it was almost dark with only one light glowing.they entered the house to see the light was coming from dadima's room.

They went to her room.

Ji dadima, (yes dadima)she left the room dejectedly.

To hamare pote itne bade ho gaye hai ki itna bada faisla aise , humse puche bina hi karliya!, HUH! Puchenge bhi kyu, akhir iss budi bimar dadi se puch ke vi kya hoga, wo to waise hi dinbhar padi rehti hai bistar pe, aur shayed kuch dino meinn chal basegi..to jo kuch dino ki hi mehman hai iss duniya me, unse uchne ka kya kaam..(so my grandchild has become so big that he didn't feel like even asking this old hag before taking such a drastic step,oh! Why will you? After all this old woman who is almost bedridden for age & various illness, will leave the world anyways within days..so why bother asking her?!)

Dadima pls,aisa nahi hai..wo..(dadima pls,it's not like that)

Maan sir, kya main baat karsakti hu dadima se akele?(can I talk to dadima alone?)

Geet came close to dadima, who was sitting on reclining position'

Dadima, galti maan sir ki nahi hai'(dadima, maan sir is not the one at fault)she sat beside her bed kneeling ..& held her hand

Appke pote ka dil bohut bada hai..unse accha aur sacha insaan shayed iss duniye mein dusra na ho,par galti shayed mere kismat ki hai..(ur grandson has a big heart & ur grandson is maybe the purest & benign person in this whole world, maybe my bad luck is at fault)

Dadima looked at her questioningly

Ha dadima..wo'she told him everything that has happened in the mandap, then what had happened to her at past..

At the end,dadima had tears in he eyes..

Almost har roz tumhe dekhti thi, anie ko padate hue..himmat dete hue..uske saath haste hue..par nahi pata tha, uss muskurati chehreke piche itna dard hai.(I saw u often, teaching ani, giving her strength, giggling with her, bt never knew that behind that smiling face was so much pain!)

Dadima..kya main itni buri hu- ki pyaar ke layek nahi?? Dosti ke kabil nahi?(am I so bad that I am not worth of love or friendship?)

No u are wrong..maan was being resteless so came to check on thm,when he heard geet's last line.

U are the most wonderful girl I ever saw geet,I know that u deserve the best.

It was quite late at night, maan & geet came to their room..
