Exactly....interpretation and communication which Maan and Geet lack completely....yeh dono...jo ek doosre ke aankhen pard kar ek doosre ke dil ki baat jaan lete hai...need to stop this aankhon hi aankhon mein ishara and start talking.... here is a very good example....(re-watched the episode yesterday so came to mind)...

remember when Maan and Geet were fighting before the wedding....Maan calls Geet and says to come to his room....and she asks secretary or hone wali biwi? Maan says secretary, why? because he thought that if he says hone wali biwi to she wouldn't agree....and Geet expects him to say hone wali biwi....and shows nakhre when he says secretary....in dono ke beech misunderstandings to pehele se hi chal rahe hai....

I think its high-time ke ab koyi in dono ko samjhaaye ke yaar...ek doosre ke aankhen par ne ki koshish math karo....kitni baar fail ho chuke ho....try sitting down and talking it out....😆😆😆

I mean kamaal hai...ye baat to Dev bhi samaj gaya...par ye dono samaj nahin jaate....aur vaise bhi Geet ki to aadat hi hai jumping to conclusions...and that to yaar use virasat mein mile hai....not only daarji and brij....but look at Beeji, Teji and even Nandini....bina soche samjhe....bina sachayi jaane kis bhi nateeje pe ponch jaate hai ye log....sab ulti khopdi ke hai😆

Possessive ..Yes Maan is.
Insecure ...No.

But sure he is apprehensive about Dev's presence in their life.

Why?
To answer this we need to think
Who is Dev? Geet's sinner.

So no matter how much they make him saint or her 'move on' can they ever share the innocent bond that Pammi & Lucky share. Can ever Geet feed an hurt Dev & like Teji ...Maan be okay to it? No!

And this thing will never - ever change the equation the trio share.

Today's scene is more to do with priority than Maan being insecure.
Any man in that state expects the first thing on his wife's priority list will be 'concern'.

Again the thing that should have come first is brought last, holi day first most important thing to tell Maan was forgiving Dev but it came last & by the time it did disappointed waiting he had left.

Today first thing should have been her concern but again it came last & meeting Dev was mentioned first.

Obviously it disappointed him & he let go of her hand, but this time around Maan being one who learns from his mistakes he did not walk away but moved the conversation.

Its to do more with an husband's emotions & expectations than a man's being insecure.

MSK is very possessive and so is Geet, just today when Lacchi was taking lep, Geet left her food! In tere mast scene MSK told her about how possessive he was and he said not to make fun of it! He has also told her that he forget her pass and now wants a future with her! So Im not so sure if he's insecure, maybe he is not at ease her mentioning Dev! Not quite sure yet!

Come on it's not insecurity, but he never likes the fact that she talks about him, and why she need to mention him always between them...She should has to understand that MSK never want anyone between them, and specially rapist no way...he is fine with Dev doesn't mean he forgot what had happened, and what he did to Geet...And i always want him to remember that...Dev hadn't did small crime he did Sin, and it's a fact that Maan never wants Geet to speak about him, and soften about him....

Yes i have noticed the restlessness and anger on his face on the name of Dev from Geet mouth....It's mostly the anger, not even insecurity, not even pain...Even He hadn't liked it, when Dev asked him to talk with Geet..He doesn't want his interference, and khotta is not getting 😡....

The past will always cast a shadow on the present. Dev might be the sinner now, but he was not when Geet was taking those seven pheras. She was dreaming of a future with him. MSK is insecure not because he does not trust Geet, but because he was not the first man in her life. MSK is completely powerless when this fact confronts him, and he cannot change it ever.
