if she can forgive daarji by giving in to his mere word "forgive me dear" while he had tried to kill her in the name of false honour and if she can forgive dev for "moving on in life".then why cant she forgive her husband for no mistake of his(my POV).

had he done such a big crime that he can never receive forgiveness?.is his mistake more than the sins daarji and dev had committed.if they can be pardoned then why does it find difficult to geet for excusing maan.even then maan without giving up tries to win back her love by doing odd jobs at her house for mere forgiveness.

the character of geet which was once a inspiration for all the women whose fight for existence had motivated many to fight for their rights has been thrown into depths of darkness .the cvs who had once potrayed geet as a woman of substance is nowhere to be seen now a days.this was never the geet whom we knew.she seems to be totally new to me.

the cvs are destroying their very own show by showing such rubbish to the viewers which makes no sense at all.it is like they are cutting the very branch on which they are sitting.its high time they rectify their mistakes and show some thing which makes enough sense.i feel even geet owes an excuse for her deed of leaving her house and thinking to leave him.

if maan has a mistake then geet is also commiting another big mistake in refusing to accept her's and forgive the man for whom she is everything.

A great analysis, Nandita. You've made some really important points about the characters and their actions. It's a pity the CVs seem to have no concerns about what they are showing. They've clearly lost the plot, actually they lost it a long time ago.
Someone put up a brilliant post last evening, I can't rememebr where unforutnately (may be in the 3 idiots postings). They put up links to three key episodes in the show- the first where G realises how badly she'd misunderstood M when he defends her against Rasika Rathode and goes to apologise to him, the next when Brij's gunda friends attack them in HP and M swears he'll never let the shadows of her past get to her, and the third when he brings her back to the outhouse after the dramatic maang bahraoing scene and tells her he'd done that because she'd become his need. Each of these episodes is so beautifully etched with logic and consistency, each thing the M and G said to each other made sense, they both emerge out of them as people with such depth and integrity. No wonder we all fell in love with them.
If those were the foundations of their relationship, what has happened to Geet's memory- she now finds M's words totally unforgivable!?! Wow, who is this Geet? she'sdefintely not the woman we saw in those three episodes.What happened to that Geet? Maybe the CVs want to show us a Ms. Jekyll and Hyde in modern India!

In fact, as I watched the episodes, I realised there is such a huge difference between those episodes before October and those after- in the 6 golden months we saw GC and DD BECOME Maan and Geet- they were emoting and behaving as if they were the characters they were depicting. What we saw was the most wonderful coming together of brilliant direction, brilliant actiing, a brillliant story, screenplay and music. By the time we get to the outhouse scene, it becomes so clear that what we are seeing is ACTING and not EMOTING. One can see this lack of emotional involvement in DD and GC's acting in the last few months - they are capable of so much more. But what can they give to the audience when the the CVs have no vision?

I lay the blame squarely on the CVs,who've deliberately sabotaged the show, mainly because they have no story or plot to narrate. This whole lack of logic and consistency is a result of that lack of a tale to tell. I think the only plot they have now is the great SR and nothing else, so what else can they do but assasinate the characters in order to delay the event.. How pathetic can that be!
Why do TV shows in India have no respect or regard for audiences? I , and I, imagine a lot of the viewers in this forum, have little interest in the SR, it is but a single event the lives of people and however seminal in their lives, it is a private moment and it cannot be a story!

I started watching the show for the promise of the story it had, for the brilliant acting., direction and everything else, those 6 months last year were so magical. And what am I getting to see now! Maybe very soon, the Cvs will successfully and finally have destroyed the tiny teeny weeny vestigials of the hope that I am for some illogical reason still hanging to that the show will get back to track and we will get to see a good tale, and then I will stop caring or bothering about the show once and for all.

So, Nandita, thank you for such an insightful and heartfelt analysis of the characters and their story, it was a pleasure to read your post. Just wish the CVs would read your post and also those of the others who've who've been making equally eloquent and heartfelt pleas for logic and consistency and not to make us hate and worse, make us lose our respect for the characters whom we've all grown to love and respect so much.
CVs you are a contemptible lot for having destroyed our show for us!

She left her past to explore future with only one wish to bring her baby and find culprit Mr DEV Khurana. She was insulted in party fiaso was darn sacred to see whole word'She was sacred to face the world'again MAAN intentional sarcastic words were blessing in disguise. He told her that you cant face world I know'you are quitter not fighter '.you should quit which ultimately gave her strength to face the world.

When she started working in KC'and everyone suspected about their relationship. She want to not to be close to him to avoid anymore gossip. He told her if we are right we should face world with head high and never change course of path for others. IF we do than we are wrong. And she got her confidence and courage back to face entire office and Sasha.

All I am saying intentionally or unintentionally its MAAN words which created the GEET character. HE was like potter who molded her own GEEet with his sweet sugary or sarcastic words. Whatever strong GEET is today is only and only because of him.

Apart for that he saved her life when she was unknown to her'and after loving her'.saving her life'.fighting for her self respect'..saving her from social disgrace was permanent job of Mr MSK. He almost gave his life for her small tantrum but never complained once he was back to life. Should he die to claim his selfless love to her if that would be enough to forgive big gunah he did.

. Two evil darjee and Dev jee achieved forgiveness so easily Sleeping with wife..on pretext of false marriage was rape itself which took everything from her life...her childhood ...her dreams.....her family and her life.....from 18 year old girl ......she was changed to....18 year pregnant women in span on 1 month.....from a cute chirpy girl......she was unwed mother fighting alone for her own life...her baby ....All because of ....Dev and his sins and his crime...And Darjee who tried to kill her twice and always treated her like dirt'during her childhood'.giving . One criminal and other sinner can achieve pardon so easily.

Geet you got birth because of your parent but you got life because of MSK'.just breathing is not called living.. HE taught you how to live, as someone said living without self respect is no better than death. You were dead before MSK came to your life.

So not only in actual sense in moral and literal sense he was your guardian angle who taught you how to live, fight for right , fight for self respect . BUT HE TAUGHT YOU FIGHT FOR RIGHTEOUS SELF RESPECT when its not right than its called ego. SO after forgiving and letting go all culprits from criminal to sinners you are punishing him for sake of your ego. You are seeing his self respect ripping everyday at hand of your respected guardians. HE taught you to fight for right so why you are not fighting for right self respect of Pammi and your own husband. On yes your ego is bigger than other self respect. Other than questioning your self respect if you misunderstood line what Dev did Jaddo on you. Than with all your selfish qualities , I will add you are moron too. Even you know he was suspecting Dev intention the simple clear meaning of that line is what DEV did to you. That you forgot he raped you , your life, your self respect. How can you trust this guy just for bottle of blood. IF you chose to misinterpret this line and take different meaning out of it I would call you moron selfish no brainier women who to satisfy her ego and to make suffer her own husband reading too much between lines.

And please clairify your words today '.please explain if you love respect MSK or not'or altogether you hate him ''because no sane women on this earth would complain about her own husband so called gunah to her own rapist''.who ruined her life '

Creatives'Please enlighten us in next episode what is bigger gunah then Rape and murder which MSK did and is unpardonable because all other gunah already achieved pardon so easily without even being insulted by anyone
