@Arwen - murder is probably bailable, but it may an issue of onus... i..e in Cnd most offenses the presumption is that you get bail unless the prosecutor can satisfy that there is a need to detain you. Murder, however, is a different story - there person in jail has to show they are not a risk. Am wondering if its sim in India..
