I don't think Geet will leave Maan , only because of that coward Dev, Maan's happiness is all that matters to Geet now.

So I feel for Maan & Dadi's sake , she might keep quiet and bear the pain & disgust of seeing that spineless creep all the time..........

But I feel she should tell Maan everything about Dev, coz Maan said clearly that there should be no lies in their relation and that their relation is very pure & honest, so I feel if Geet keeps quiet then she won't be fully honest with Maan , which might create problems in the future. Remember she also didn't say anything abt the phone # when Maan asked how that number came there................

Geet is not going to leave Maan.

Their Engagement is bound to take place.

Geet will choose one of these 2 options -

She will continue with the engagement only after telling Maan about Dev.

She will break the engagement if she decides not to tell Maan about Dev.
