He shunned her the moment he heard the word 'pregnant'. It did nit occur to him for even a second that there might be a valid reason and that she might not have been responsible.This is exactly what the society will do once they get to know Geet is unmarried and pregnant. People will not wait for her justifications before judging.

I wish Geet realises this as she is talking to maan tomorrow. And at the end of it, she should be shown to realize that through everything they had been together he still didnt consider her his equal.
That she was always a flighty female in distress who he is ready to mistrust at the drop of a hat.

She should tell him that since he didnt trust her enuf for even an explanation there is no point in keeping up the facade of an engagement for 'her' sake. That she'll learn to stand on her own , like she has learnt many other things about love and trust.

Please cv's make her go away for a while from maan. Maan needs to feel the entire depth of hurt hes given geet. Maan neeeds to Need her AND respect her and LOVE her with his entire being. No place for arguments or excuses.

It's good to see a well-thought out post in between all of the 'we want Maaneet scenes asap' posts lol. At the end of the day, Maan treated Geet just like any other outsider/stranger would. He judged her without hearing her out and listening to her side of the story. He may not have reacted as harshly as her family did in HP, but his ignorance may have hurt just as much if not more.

However, even when he judged her and tries to ignore her like society would, he can't help but look after her and ensure absolutely nothing happens to her. He can't help it when tears roll down her eyes or when someone tries to cause her harm. That's the difference between him and society. He protected her and cared for her while being angry with her which is what the ordinary person would not have done. No doubt he was wrong in what he did, but his intentions for her and her safety have always been right. The one guy she thought would understand her, let her down and did not give her a chance to speak. I wonder what Maan will say when he realises what he put her through without knowing the whole story.

I suppose it'll be good to see Maan trying to pacify Geet and apologise (only if the great MSK realises his mistake) 😕 and there would be a few cute scenes here and there i'm sure. 😛
But you're right, Maan needs to realise how much he hurt geet. On one hand he puts his life on risk for her and is prepared to do pretty much everything to ensure she's safe and on the other hand he lacks trust in her. (However, I do not blame Maan entirely for this because Geet has hidden quite a lot about her past although it's expected as I can imagine it's not something any girl would want to boast about)

So overall, I totally agree and I hope she goes away for a short while and let Maan realise what he's done.

i think geet threatening to leave maan is a gd idea!
u see, he feels lile he is looking after her because he HAS to, he has no other choice, and this adds to his anger and makes him feel helpless n forced into it perhaps....
if geet were to distance herself from him, he'd realise he would always suport her because he WANTED to, not because its necessary!
maybe distance will make hm snap out of this angry trance....like they say, you never know what you've got till its gone...

dw everyone...im not for maaneet seperation...im TRULY, MADLY, DEEPLY in love with their jodi!! but its jst what i feel is necessary to make maan realise what he could potentially lose!!
