Wow, how did I miss this post?
Well awesome analysis guys and Devils you rock!!
Sometimes I do not understand the mentality of some people. What has that unborn baby done to kill it in the womb? Are we playing God here? I accept it is a fictional show. I accept its for our entertainment. But the shows are being made because somewhere someone is doing the same thing. The writers are inspired by real life incidents - otherwise I am sure no writer would come up with a story to kill an innocent unborn child.
Just because the baby belongs to Dev and just because Geet wants to concentrate on her baby and not on her feelings for Maan, the baby has to be killed? Tomorrow when Maan and Geet are married and they have a baby, I am sure the same people will be jubiliant. Why? Because Geet and Maan are married?
Dreams are idealistic but reality is not. This is the 21st century where we have single moms and dads. Are we basing this on what will happen if Dev comes into the picture and wants his kid because he donated a sperm? You become parents not just by giving birth, but by nurturing them. How do you know that Dev will want his baby back? And with what authority will he want the baby? How do you know that Maan will not accept the baby and not be a good father? If all this is speculation, why not speculate the best things that will happen for the baby with Maan and Geet as parents.
Let us get out of this negative mindset and stop giving wrong ideas to the CVs. They know their job better and they know the pulse of the audience.
Peace!!
