YE KHOTA IDIOT STUPID DEV AGAR MANEET K BEECH MAIN AYA TU BUS PROBLEMS HI PROBLEMS HOJAINGI......as in kahiin aisa na ho keh geet ko jab pta chale keh maan is dev's bro...den jo thora bhi woh pasand karti thi ussay wo kahiin hatred main na badal jai.....n agar pehle maan ko pata chal gaya keh geet was married 2 dev.....tu kahiiin woh bhi usse..................................................................OH SHIT!!!!

DIS IS ALL CUZ OF DAT IDIOT DEV......NA WOH HOTA NA ITNA FASAD HOTA B/W MANEET..........abhi hoa nai hai likin ho tu sakta hai na aisa kuch......I M SSSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO ANGRY WID DEV....HE SHOULD BE STRAIGHT AWAY KILLED BY BOTH NAINTARA N GEET......WAH AALA SCENE HOGA WOH.....

no matter how much i hate his character, i sometimes feel he is the reason between the whole maan-geet interaction.
had he not married her and taken her land away then maan would never go to hoshiarpur to buy the land. and meet geet there and rescue her every time she was in trouble.
had dev not spent a night with geet, then geet would never get pregnant and her evil brother would never be behind her to get her killed. he would simply make her sit at home and then the serial would end right there. it was because she wanted to keep the child, brij plans to kill her and maan comes to save her and also encourages her to stand on her feet and stay strong.
it is because of her baby that she decides to come to delhi and start a new life so that she can support herself and her child, without having to depend on anybody. and when she comes to delhi.. where does she come..??? straight to maan's office to work as his secretary. so, dev is certainly a negative character but his mistakes have got geet and maan together.

Agree.... So unintentionally Dev did something Good for Maaneet...

Completely agree with you pickle6586. If it was not for the Dev-Geet track, it would have been just a normal love story. What makes this show different is that they are showing social issues and also spreading message that we should stand on our feet. Maan has always been there when Geet needs him - be it his bhashan or muscles 😃........ The circumstances brought them together and Dev track made Geet stronger and also got her away from the family. Otherwise there was no impetus for Geet to leave her family and Maan would not have bought her land as it was never for sale if not for Dev's greed....Thats what makes this show so different and Maaneet Jodi special 😍

I just hope that Dev doesn't leave Naintara and ask Maan to give him back after Maneet get married cuz then I'm gonna be damn pissed at him! For now I don't have any feelings towards him b/c I'm totally hanover on Maneet romance! But I agree w/out there really wouldn't be Maneet!

@ blue: there is no way maan would let geet go once he realizes her importance in his life and once he's in love....!!!! i remember him saying to sasha once, "mujhe agar kuch chahiye, tuo chahiye bas". 😉
dev can do all he wants but getting geet back is out of the world possibility.... he better not do anything of that kind if he wants to be alive... cos maan's not gonna spare him 😳....dev would be dead meat when maan comes to know what he's done to geet and imagine dev trying to get geet back that too after geet and maan are married ....... 😆
