i don't think that maan wud resign geet.....i think that may b geet was feeling guilty for what all happened and wud hav sent that note as an apology and also cud hav resigned bcoz of the guilt...

Geet might have left office, then maan finds the note. He will take the first step to go and apologise and then hopefully when they start to talk geet may ask for his assistance..

I think that it would have to do something with Dadi putting some sense into him+his heart dhak-dhaking for Geet😆
