Btw these peels are advised by IF Forum member and thanks to her...it did magic yo my skin.

I am sure not everything celebs say tend to be true. They get all the access to dermatologists and nutritionists so they looks their top best.

@TheLastOutlaw- I have heard products with glycolic acid in them are also good for acne and marks. Anything with vitamin C is great for acne too as it improves the appearance of scars.

One way to weed out the problem at the roots is diet+exercise. I have noticed my skin has cleared up and glows ever since I started working out about an hour everyday.

Some videos that helped me-

In the third video, she mentions a super skin juice at 1:20. People have said it helps.

I have heard the La Roche Posay skin system is great for acne and acne marks. The Himalaya acne cream helps me when I get pimples and No Marks is also good.

This one is a very detailed video on AHA/BHA creams and other effective methods to fade acne scars. She has a very extensive skin care routine. You can just swap the products out for those available in the Indian market-

@ALD- Great routine. I will try to incorporate stuff from your routine in mine. 😉

They always mention the basics but by now we already know about sunscreen, water etc. It seems like they're not willing to let their real secrets out. Pretty sure they must get treatments done at their dermatologist's.

I think Cindy Crawford is the only celeb I have heard admit that she does not use home remedies as they take too long to work and she needs something more intensive.
