Ohh Poor Girl.

Ranaav, its now or never.

Even if you guys don't part your ways, its going to haunt Viveka (and you) that you didn’t stand up for her when it was needed.

You really want her to be humiliated every time? Is the reason same as that your mother has? Just coz she is middle class, she should not have any self respect?

Maybe for first time i get it why Satyen is soo angry with Ranaav.

He might really be angry with himself as well. He didn't notice or bother about the contempt mother son have until Mathur's were involved.

Ranaav ought to understand for someone like Viveka self respect would be most valuable. When it comes to her being comfortable in her own skin Your mother and Naina have as is put her on the back foot.

“You married me you cannot change that… we married because of Dad… I am not the sanest person when it comes to you, I want to be with you Raanav” she whispered

“Why are you being so fatalistic”

I don't think Viveka has ever been so earnest in expressing herself.

Ranaav, you are a lawyer. Lawyer anticipate arguments of both sides. I presume by now you know Viveka well. Your mother you have know forever.

No one would know better than you that she is never going to accept Viveka. You have to decide and covey the women in your life as to what you want. If Smrita can't be loving to her, she atleast needs to be civil.

I was trying to do a favor, I didn’t want you riding the Metro”

This line alone would have ticked me off.

Really?

Favour?

Please don't.

“If you are going to use every damn thing to slam my behavior I can hang up now”.

Apni pe ayi to bura lagga.

She just pointed out fact about your behaviour. You indeed were wrong and still don't want to hear about it.

She has to listen to crap that Smrita has to dish out on every given occasion. You don't deserve her. Forget Smrita, you don't deserve her.

This was much needed....when R asked if she would hide the rest of her life she must have said yes...better for her peace and health. I love what she said in the last!!! That's guts...we must be realistic nahi? Not be swayed unnecessarily by good things. Realism is SADNESS, MIRTH, GRIEF, UNHAPPINESS. I learnt this yesterday🙂

In & out

Viveka is not going to take Smrita's insults lying down and she told Raanav too. Raanav is still defending his mother in spite of reading his mum's text about Viveka. Viveka is aware that Raanav too thinks like his mother about middle-class people. The reasons for them marrying are not strong enough to keep their marriage safe. Raanav has to defend his wife strongly but his attempts are half-hearted. He keeps defending his mother to Viveka. Satyen tells his wife off but Smrita is sure of her son and keeps insulting Viveka.

Thank you, Nisha.

Raanav should just explain to his mother what Viveka meant to him. It's high time now because the more he tries to avoid and ignore this issue it will get worsen for him in future.

In the process of trying to insult her own daughter in law, she is not seeing that if she walks off from this relationship then it will be her son who will suffer more.

“You are assuming that”

He actually said that? Where in his lawyer brain did he come up with that line? His mother was joking with that long text?

Proud of Viveka for speaking up and saying her bit to Raanav. I hope she will lay it out to Smrita too.

Its time for action from Raanav. He needs to take a stand and now.

Would Raanav accept certain bitter truths now and act on it?

Eager to see how he reacts.
