A foot off

Driving home and pulled into the gate around 7ish and almost ran into a fluffy puppy

Swerving to avoid it she rammed into a navy BMW 7 series in front

Lekha appeared from between the lush trees and bushes and gave her a look of horror

“You killed my DOG?” she screeched

Viveka almost left the car running as she tried to jump out, when it crawled forward she slammed the park break and got out frazzled

“Where is Mo?” “where is Mo” she squealed

The dog was peeing under a tree in the far corner of the lawn

He scampered toward her

The guards and two help ran out

Rakshit was home he ran out as well

Viveka held her breath and waited for Smrita, thanfully she was not home

“OMG… Rakshu, my sweet sweet Mo” Lekha began to cry

“Is this car yours?” Viveka was apologetic

“Who cares about the car, my Mo” Lekha yelled

The dog was fine, alive, happy 100%

Lekha realized her theatrics had only so much value now

“What happened to my car”

“is this your car?” Viveka felt a boulder drop in the pit of her stomach

“MERA CAR HEY” she pretended not to know Hindi

“I am so sorry” Viveka sighed and leaned on her hood

Mo was a cute fluffy, half brown half white dog, it was the cutest dog Viveka had ever seen in her life

She sighed

She loved it at first sight

The tiny thing barked like crazy

“Its OK… I know I know… ishh OK.. ISHH OK Bebu” Lekha cooed to it

“Bhabhiji paani” ahelp offered water

“I need to go sit down” lekha informed

“Are you OK?” rakshit was being dragged inside he turned to ask her

“Hmm” she nodded

She wiped sweat off her forehead, adjusted her glasses and knotted her bun tightly and looked at her phone, her hands shaking

“raanav I hot Lekha’s car”

He called her within two minutes

“Are you OK?”

“Hmm” “thanks”

“Where are you?”

“At home, I pulled in there was a puppy”

“I don’t know what else to do, does she have a repair shop?”

“Where is she?”

“She started crying” Viveka was guilty

“Is the dog alive?”

“Yeah the dog is perfectly fine”

“It’s a BMW I think” Viveka walked towards the car

“I will be home by 8”

“Are you safe?”

“I am in the driveway” she smiled

“Don’t speculate Viveka” he said firmly

She was about to cry

“I will go in now” she mumbled

She called Naina, she didn’t answer, she called Rhea and Neha

She showered and changed

Smrita arrived with Viren and Nupur and Inder

They obviously saw the cars beat up

Viveka texted Papa

Papa was shocked but quickly composed himself

He called Satyen letting him know how sorry his daughter was

Satyen had not heard until then

Smrita had planned to tell him at night at dinner

“Its Viveka’s responsibility to get it repaired bhaisaab” Akash told Satyen firmly

“Pehle mujhe ghar to pahunchne deehiye bhaisaab” Satyen gently taalofied

Viveka made multiple trips outside wrapped in a shawl to examine the damage to both cars

The guard came in to tell her insurance adjusters had already taken all the pictures

“Ma’am galti ho jaati hai, aap worry mat karo” he said kindly

She nodded and went inside again

She scrolled thru the pictures on her phone and cringed

She went out to go find Lekha, their suite door was closed

She ran into Smrita

“I am so sorry about Lekha’s car Mom” she said quietly

“When u enter the gate, let go of the gas pedal” she smiled condescendingly

“Oh yeah I did, a do…” Viveka began to explain about Mo

“There is a driving school guy that trains our drivers, he is amazing, just take some training”

Smrita casually insulted Viveka and blew a semi air kiss and walked off, pretending to take a

One can’t help but feel sorry for Viveka, she’s just not able to catch a break. It’s as if Lekha and Smrita have more ammunition now, on top of the regular drama.

Seems, she only has Ranaav and Satyen.

Rakshit is good but he is married to Lekha.

BMW ka repair also is as much as BMW only.

This Lekha is double dholki. First she said who cares for car then suddenly it become precious. Any normal person would enquire if Viveka was fine.

But she didn't.

If it was for real to live like this would be pathetic. At every step someone is trying to put her down.

Subconsciously one might slowly lose all the confidence in oneself. Howsoever confident one maybe.

I wish Ranaav could see how vulnerable Viveka is.

Viveka should consider writing for a Saas bahu drama series. She need not think or look outside for any material. Day to day happenings in the Parashar house is enough material.

Smrita and Lekha might have money but they have no class.

I wish Viveka gets a break from these stupid women.

And on a serious note, how long will Viv keep calling Naina and she ignoring her.

I cannot understand how can a sister carry this kind of grudge on the other sister who adores her.

I really wish viveka just brushes off smritas comment in her usual cool mode. Otherwise it will hurt her deep. From a family where her parents will stand on both her side in any issues, she is been thrown to a huge house, where she has to wait till 8pm for an emotional support.......😢😢
