PART 30

Today, sakshi feel very restless from morning...her heart goes down with some kind of wired feeling...she feel something going to be happen...her heart sink inside deep...maa sense her restless feeling and ask...she tell her about her wired feeling...maa try to console her but nothing has been change...

its nearly a week gone when sakshi see arjun...he call maa everyday...but not talking with her...sakshi inner feeling stop her to talk with him or she feel shy to ask about him from maa...

arjun absence affect on her badly...her appetite is go down...her night become sleepless...she is tossing all night on her bed...those sleepless nights give her dark ring under her eyes...she lose weight...maa and baba understand her feeling...both try to divert her attention...take her outside...give her company but both don't know what is the reason...behind her sadness...they only think they know that she miss arjun...which is half correct...other half she can't tell them...she feel guilty and want to sort it out soon...say sorry to him.

Today, unexpected baba comes early...he ask about her...maa tell him that she is up stair in her room...and tell him her condition...maa is worry about her she said baba to call arjun and instruct him to come back soon...baba and maa busy discussing then...

suddenly, sakshi enter in sitting room and rush to maa side and hug her...her body shivering badly...hugging maa she start crying...maa shock to see her crying...baba call her...sakshi look him...go to his side...hug him and crying.

Baba: pari...kiya baat hay baita kyun ro rahi ho (he wipes her tears)

Maa: waissay to kai dino say dekh rahi hoon kay kuch pareshan hay...magar aaj toh...subah say bohat ziyaada bechain hay...poch rahi hoon toh kah rahi hay...kay dil pareshan hay...aisa lag raha hay kay kuch honay wala hay...bas pata nahi...kiya.(maa explain baba her situation)

Baba ask her again but she can't tell anything just crying...maa and baba try to stop her...try to divert her attention...then, baba mobile start ringing.

Baba take the call and listen the other side talk...then hang up saying...theek hay hum aa rahay hain.

Maa start worrying to hear and ask him...kiya baat hay...kiss ka phone tha...kaun tha...her heart start beating fast...she sense that something happen very bad...she look her husband face...

she want answer but baba ignore her and said: pari...aao baita...main tum ko bahar lay kar chalta hoon...

he make her walk...maa look him with lot of question in her eyes...baba just signal her to join them...maa quietly follow them...baba ask driver to drive...but where maa have no idea...she remain quiet...her heart start telling her...something bad happen...she silently pray that everything alright...sakshi have no idea where is she...she just clutches baba shirt...crying continuously.

Car stop at front of city hospital...baba take sakshi with him...maa shock to see herself in front of hospital...but baba ignore her condition just ask her to follow him...holding sakshi...he take both ladies in front of operation theatre...

maa see whole ETF team gather there...standing outside of operation theatre...she can't move...clutches wall she freeze on her feet...sameer look her and comes near her.

Maa: sameer kiya hua hay... (She clutches his shirt) bolo tum chup kyun ho...kiya hua hay.

Sameer look baba...he nodded positively...give permission to tell both ladies...baba take sakshi near maa...sameer look sakshi worst condition...he look back at Ayesha side...she get his message and join him near them.

Sameer: maa...woh arjun ko do goliyan lagi hain...uss ka operation ho raha hay... (He said with lower head)

Maa start crying...but sakshi is quiet in sudden...looking sameer with wide open her eyes...sameer shake her...call her name but she fell on his arms...

Sameer hold her quickly...shree bring water...they sprinkle on her but in vein...chotu call the doctor...they shift her in room...doctor give her injection and tell that because of depression...she is unconscious...soon she gain conscious...

arjun operation get successful...doctor remove both bullets...his condition is out of danger...maa and all sigh relief...by the time sakshi gain conscious...she still crying but sameer tell her that arjun is now out of danger...she insist him to let her go and see him once.

Sameer take her theirs...she is standing outside ICU...looking him lying on bed...surrounding fill with machines...different wires attach with him...she stand there long time...everyone try her to leave that place and sit on chair but she refuse to move from there.

Sakshi condition make worry all of them...her stubborn...make everyone realise that how much she love arjun...she refuse to eat, drink and even to move from that glass window...who show her inside room view...baba want to take back her home but she cry and refuse to go home.

Sakshi kneel down in front of baba...she hold his feet and crying...saying no please, baba...main kahin nahi jao gi...please mujhay yahi rahnay dain.

Baba freeze on his step...quickly bend down and hold her from shoulder...hug her and said with teary voice...nahi meri bacchii main tum ko nahi lay kar jaoon ga...tum yahi raho gi.

Sameer said: baba aap fikr mat karain main hoon idhar hi...

shree said: nahi sir...sirf aap nahi...hum sab yahi hain...hum arjun sir ko chor kar kahin nahi jain gay...jab tak un ko hosh nahi aa jata hum sab yahi hain...all ETF team agree with him...baba and maa feel strong and relax...

maa wanted to stay but sameer send back her home said: hum sab yahan hain...aur waisay bhi aap ka BP barh gaya hay...aap ko ghar jaa kar aram ki zarrorat hay...yahan ruknay ki zarrorat nahi hay.

Unwillingly maa have to go back with baba...sakshi still stand there...sameer goes her side and said: sakshi...agar tum aakar baitho gi nahi to main tum ko utha kar ghar chor aao ga...sakshi scared for his strict behaviour...she come and silently sit on chair...next to Ayesha...ayesha feel bad...she look sameer side and signal him why he talk with her rudely...

sameer reply...zarrori hay...iss kay liyay.

Ayesha and liza sit next to her...everyone quiet...whole night pass...it's nearly dawn when arjun gain conscious...doctor check him first and satisfied his condition...he give permission everyone to go and meet him one by one.

Sameer send sakshi first...but she refuse to go in...no one pressurise her...just go one by one and meet him...maa and baba comes and meet him...baba speak with doctor and ask to shift him at home.

Doctor satisfied for his condition...he give permission to take him at home...baba know that until he is not discharge...sakshi never go home...so, he decide to take him home and give all appropriate thing which might he need...but doctor say he need nothing just rest and take medicine...that's it.

It's been afternoon...when arjun has been discharge...baba and sameer take him at home...both shift him at his room...then sameer take to leave and gone.

Arjun feel relax back to home...but he is very curious ...as well as surprise...he hasn't seen sakshi yet...he lying on bed...sinking in deep thought...when maa comes in with soup...she make him drink whole bowl...then give him medicine...she about to go when arjun stop her.

Arjun: maa...sakshi kahan hain?

Maa see him with shock and said: arjun...kal say ab tak woh hospital main thi...tum say milli nahi (arjun nodded negatively)

maa sit near him...she tell him sakshi whole condition...in his absence...plus yesterday her condition...after that they receive sameer call and know the reason of her restlessness...then her stubborn to stay there...whole night she awake standing in front of his room.

Arjun shock to hear all this...smile crept on his lips...he ask maa to send her...maa nodded and left the room...arjun rest his head on bed head rest...close eyes and think...what maa told him...he feel his heart fill with happiness and joy...he thanks Dr suresh with his open heart...

Some disturbance gain his attention...he open eyes and look that side...maa make her walk with her and scold ...saying...ab tum bhi sharaft say so jao...kal say ab tak 48 hours say ziyaada ho gay hain jagtay huay...ab so jao...she leave her in room and went back...close door behind her...

Sakshi still stand in one place...arjun see her confuse state...she fumble her fingers...arjun keep looking her...she look weak...definitely she lose weight...her face look pale...eyes swollen...dark rings visible under her eyes ...her lose hairs strand hanging around her face...without the hint of any makeup...she look small and innocent girl...arjun easily feel her sadness.

Sakshi make courage and silently walk towards washroom...taking her clothes she get into the shower...after taking bath she feel fresh...she come out...wrap her hair in towel...she feel arjun gaze on her...but her inner guilty feeling...not letting her to talk with him...to see him...she free her hair from towel.

Arjun look her coming out...after taking bath...she look more beautiful...her wet look remind him...water drops on fresh flowers...wet hairs spreading on her back...arjun break the silent wall and call her.

Arjun: sakshi

Sakshi is sad hearing again her name sakshi from his mouth...instead pari but compose herself and turn to his side...

Arjun: idhar ao...meray pass...he show place near him to sit.

Sakshi comes and sit near him ...with lower her eyes...fumble her fingers.

Arjun move forward a bit...place one finger under her chin...chin up her and make her look him...then said softly: kiya baat hay...tum mujh say milnay kyun nahi aai...kiya naraz ho...mujh say...ek dafa bhi nahi pocha kay main kaissa hoon...pata hay do goliyan lagi thi...agar mar ja...she quickly cover his mouth with her palm.

Sakshi look him...her eyes welled up...she hide face in her palms and burst out cry...all her bottle up emotion...her guiltiness...her feeling of emptiness...feeling of missing...feeling of lost...make her open heart cry.

Arjun pull her near him and hug her...his shirt going wet so quick with her all tears...arjun understand her emotion rage...he let her cry...he want her to pour out all her sadness.

She control after sometime and said: mujhay maaf kar dain...main nay aap kay saath accha nahi kiya...mujhay aisa nahi karna chahaiy tha... (She sobs) aap mujhay koi bhi saza day dain...magar apnay say door mat karain... (She joins her palm in front of him) main mar jao gi...main aap say door nahi rah sakti... (She crying continuously)

Arjun open her palms with one hand... (because one hand already has bandaged)...then he hug her...keep her near him...pat her...and call her with love: pari...(she quickly look him with teary eyes) he understand...so, smile and continue his talk...pari...tum ko maafi mangnay ki koi zarrorat nahi hay...tum nay kuch ghalat nahi kiya...(she try to say something...but he stop her) abhi mujhay neendh aa rahi hay...aur maa nay bhi kaha tha...kay tum soi nahi ho...aao hum pehlay so jaatay hain...iss baray main baad main baat karain gay...theek hay...(he wipe her cheeks and said) tum rona bandh karo...ao so jao...

arjun know she can't sleep properly last whole week...he also feel drowsy because of medicine...that's why he decide to let her some sleep and he also catch some sleep...after that he will talk with her.

Sakshi just nodded and go to other side...to lay down...arjun also lying on bed...then she call him...arjun look her.

Sakshi: kiya, main aap kay pass aa sakti hoon? (She ask innocently)

Arjun smile and nodded...he stretch his arm...sakshi quickly move near him...resting her head on his chest...her one hand goes around his waist...arjun one hand hold her protectively...sakshi hear his heart beat and arjun breathe her fragrance...both feel each other body warmth...feel peace...feel solace...feel love and care...they slid in sleep so soon...

It's almost late night...maa comes in their room...she is bit worried...why both no wake up till now...she knock door...twice but no answer comes...she push door...door open...she enter in the room...whole room sink in dark...no light...she open lights...and turn to bed side...but look there...she smile...both are sleeping very peacefully...in each other embrace...sakshi head resting on his chest and arjun face hide under sakshi hairs...

Maa don't want to disturb them...set blanket on them...looking them lovingly...she turn off light just leave on night bulb and quietly goes out...behind close the door...she decide do not disturb them...she don't know after so many sleepless night they finally get one peaceful night...with each other.
