You will have better understanding of the reason in the next chapter. We have to be clear that she doesnt know that he loves her. He never expressed.

but he is fearing for betrayal how much a person can take and even am feeling bad for him everyone kept him in dark first khushi wanted to leave him he saved her and she realized that nk don't loves her so she came back to her parents and then being with arnav in professional and personal way she wanted arnav to understand her relation with nk and now she wants arnav to not to give a damn about nk
and i don't want arnav to mix his inner turmoil with khushi entering his life arnav said harsh words to her what she always provoked him and told him to mind his business and now when he realized that she worked all the time with him he felt himself in dark

In fact Khushi was also kept in dark for a while, but when she came to know about it. She did try to contact him through email but he never checked. I guess we have to blame the timing here.

and now khushi joined arnav's office
she found warmth in his arms where were she hen she said that kissing her is not right

She was then in relation with NK. Her conscience and her committment didnt approve Arnav's touch and closeness at that time.

and she just wants to be with him in his arms
di tell me one thing if she was so in love with nk that she forgot her parents's love and affection and just wanted to with him and how is she suddenly over him i am just confused here.

Its not like she is completely got over with NK. Its just been 2 chapters since she broke up with him. There are going to be many more incidents which she will compare both men in her life and gradually fall in love with Arnav. As I explained somewhere in one of the last 2 chapters, I can write explaining her depression, her trauma over breaking with NK. But I added a note somewhere saying that I am skipping that part as I didnt wanna bore the readers with NK saga anymore.
i loved the way garima explained arnav and khushi's naughtiness when they were kids arnav was always protective over her and she can do everything to get his hug and kiss
