VIRIKA OS~A Heart with Two Owners~
Jeevika Choudhary-the supermodel. Someone who everybody wanted in their add films, fashion shows, etc. Thousands of guys had lost their heart to her by now. People always awed at how beautiful she was. But she had lost her heart to one man. Yes-the one man who's call she was awaiting from the past two hours. And he did not even bother to call her as promised before. Ahh! There it was! She had the expression of anger as well as happiness on her face as she picked up her phone to attend her irresponsible boyfriend's call.
"Hello?"
"Hello beautiful! How is my princess?"
"Horrible!"
Viren smiled.
"Oh really? But I think she's amazing, not horrible at all!"
"Stop it Viren! I hate you!"
"But I love you!"
"I don't care!"
"Sorry, sweetheart! I was busy with Dad's meeting. I would have called you if I would've been free. Seriously! It was important, it really was!"
"Everything is more important than your girlfriend! Right, Viren?"
"No, Jeevika! I said I'm sorry! I was seriously busy!"
"Yeah, busy! Busy flirting with that idiot secretary of yours!"
"Jeevika! For once stop doubting me! Anyway! Where are you?"
"In hell!"
"Ha ha, Jeevika! Now tell me seriously."
"I'm at a shoot!"
"Oh!" The door of his cabin clicked open and Viren sighed and closed his eyes tightly in anger at his misfortune, as he heard his secretary, Rosie, calling out to him. She seriously had a horrible timing.
"Viren sir! Here's your lunch!" she said cheerfully, and quite loudly for Jeevika to hear her at the other end.
"Ahh, there she is! Go have lunch with your Rosie, Viren! And never forget that I hate you!"
"Jeevika…"
He was halted in between by a click. Jeevika had cut the call. Viren was slightly frustrated. He was indeed having a horrible day. First, his Dad announced a meeting just at the time when he had promised he would call Jeevika. Second, the meeting went long and he became two hours late in calling her which made her damn angry and third, just when he thought he would pacify her with his loving words, Rosie, who Jeevika hated terribly, interrupted and made Jeevika even angrier! What now?

Viren pushed the food away and rested his head on the head-rest of his chair. He closed his eyes in irritation. How would he pacify Jeevika now? It wasn't easy to get Jeevika melted. He had a whole lot of meetings and pending files waiting for him today. It would be real difficult to get out of office till late night due to the enormous amount of work. Even if he desperately wanted to, his Dad won't allow him to go without doing the work. He had a chance of meeting her only tomorrow. But he just couldn't bear with Jeevika being so angry with him for one whole night. Then an idea clicked his mind. Yes! The ultimate rescuer-Virat Vadhera would help him in this situation! He called his brother explaining him the situation.
"Mere Bhai! When Virat is here, not to fear! I'll do the work and attend the meetings for you. Go and pacify Bhabhi!"
Viren heaved a sigh of relief and headed towards Jeevika's home. She lived in a huge house with Manvi. He rang the doorbell to find Manvi open the door and grin at him.
"Welcome, soon-to-be-bro-in-law. I was expecting you home!"
"Why?"
"Seems you had a fight with my sister today?"
"Yeah, she told you?"
"Nope, I just assumed it because she came home all teary eyed after her shoot. It's only you or me who can get her upset to such an extent. Since it's not me this time, it had to be you!"
Manvi's words made Viren smile. He swiftly walked up to Jeevika's room and Manvi sat on the couch in the living room, watching a movie and eating popcorn simultaneously.

Viren opened the door of Jeevika's room quietly and tip toed inside, closing the door behind him. He looked at her standing by the window, tears still in her eyes. He felt real bad for having hurt her. He went in and hugged her from the back. Jeevika was startled by the sudden move. She turned and looked at him still in his grip. She was still angry but more than that she was hurt, which was quite evident in her eyes.
"I'm sorry, sweetheart."
Jeevika placed her head on his chest hugging him tightly. Viren closed his eyes hugging her back. He did not know what had got Jeevika so hurt. This situation of Viren not calling her at the promised time had arrived several times but Jeevika had never been so depressed. She had been angry and then he had pacified her. But something was unusual this time.
"Jeevika? What's wrong?"
Jeevika broke the hug, looking at him.
"You don't love me anymore no?"
"Jeevika please! Why are you making such an issue out of such a small thing? I was just was busy and couldn't call you. What's the need to cry?"
"I hate you, Viren!" Jeevika went and sat on the bed. Viren walked up to her and kneeled down in front of her, holding her hands. Jeevika jerked him off.
"Will you please tell me what is getting you so upset?"
"I wanted to talk about something really important to you. That is why I told you to call me. But you don't care, do you?"
"I do care, baby. I was busy. But what did you want to talk about?"
"Somebody called me in the afternoon."
"Who was it?"
"Vanshika aunty."
"Ma?"
"Yes, Viren."
"But she doesn't even know you, Jeevika! How come she called you?"
"That's just what I asked her Viren."

*FLASHBACK*
Jeevika was sitting in her car after completing a long day of shoot for a brand. The driver was driving her home. She suddenly heard her mobile phone ring. She was surprised to see an unknown number flashing across her screen. She picked up the call.
"Hello?"
"Jeevika speaking?" a polite lady spoke to her.
"Yeah, may I know who's at the other end please?"
"Uhmm…it's me Vanshika Vadhera, Viren's mom." Jeevika suddenly sprang up to attention hearing her.
"Viren's mom?" Jeevika was amazed. How did Vanshika get her number? Why was she calling her? Nobody in the family knew, except Virat that Viren had a girlfriend named Jeevika. Viren hadn't told anyone since he knew a modern girl and that too a supermodel would never be accepted in his orthodox family.
"Yes, Jeevika. Beta, I saw you with Viren that day when you were in the shopping mall."
Jeevika became tensed. Oh God! Vanshika had seen her with Viren! She probably must have called to tell her that she should stay away from her son! Damn! What would she answer? Jeevika closed her eyes, ready for some good scolding and taunts.
"Jeevika beta, I did not know about you and Viren. Why did you hide such a good news from me?"
"Sorry, aunty! Viren wanted to tell you but…" just then she realized what Vanshika said. Good news?! What?!
"Aunty…"
"Yes, Jeevika. My son has found such a wonderful life partner is good news for me no?"
"Good life partner?"
"Of course, Jeevika. We know you are too modern for our lifestyle but I want a daughter-in-law who loves my son deeply. I don't care if she's a model."
"So you don't have any problem with our relationship?"
"No! In fact I want you to become my daughter-in-law soon!" Jeevika couldn't believe her ears! Was this a dream?
"Thankyou so much aunty!"

"Are you serious, Jeevika?"
"Yes, Viren. This is exactly what aunty said."
This was unbelievable for Viren. The one obstacle that was there in Viren and Jeevika's marriage had been removed! There was no hurdle to worry him now. He had always been tensed about how he would speak to his family about Jeevika, considering she was a model, but his problem had been solved!
Viren hugged her tightly. They became lost in each other and the essence of the happiness that God had given them today. Indeed, God himself helps two people who truly love each other. They had just heard this saying, but believed in it now.
"I love you, Viren."
Viren answered by capturing her soft lips in a hungry kiss. His bit and nibbled her lips showing her all his ecstasy.
Virika were the happiest people on earth today! The thought of staying with each other forever made them feel like jumping and shouting their lungs out in happiness. They knew their's was A Heart with Two Owners and they promised to guard this heart till eternity. They would love each other unconditionally, purely making each passing day even more beautiful than the previous and making life their most beautiful journey ever!
