Its incredible how life leads us to crossroads where you have to make choices, and we chose, sometime sonly to regret and wonder "What if..."
For many the instinctive reaction would be for Khushi to stay with Arnav but the reality is that you cannot exist in vacuum attached to just one person. And Khushi doesn't realise the magnitude of what Arnav is asking - a no strings attached relationship with just his word that he will stay faithful to her, when ironically he has just broken his relationship/engagement with another woman to pursue her!
The way she has been brought up, she believes in the need for marriage - Arnav is spot on! What happens when she gets over the shock of the fiasco she found herself in, when she realises that her family has forsaken her and when the reality of her relationship with Arnav sinks in and when their relationship and its nature becomes public knowledge?
P.S. I loved Shyam in your FF!
