RB,
Thank you so much for this story, I have to apologize for saying this was not on the same level as your other story "We the People".

Honestly, I can never expect a simple answer from you. Then again, your answers force me to think further. The story may be over but I may ask you more questions.Originally posted by: RockBarbie
Kalyaani - Though I don't want to agree but a part of me agrees with you completely. But I find writing gravity is complex when their emotions have to be slowly layered in and have to be unfurled synchronously. Also, their characterization has to be consistent throughout and balance between their strengths and flaws.
Having said that, Gravity is an exploration of characters while WTP is exploration of an idea. Writing WTP is most difficult - hands down and I need to get out of my personal bias and keep an objective and open state of mind which I assure you is very difficult. But sometimes Gravity simply drained me down while WTP didn't. I ended up arguing with Khushi in my head and the outtake I posted - Lavanya's annoyance with Khushi is an extension of what I felt about the character at one point. WTPs characters don't really do that to me. WTP is an elaborate puzzle...while Gravity is a disorganized chaos of thousands of variables.
Okay, that question helped me sort out my own entanglement :=)
