He asks for ur dob, pob, etc and then impt. events like schooling, marrige etc (their year), then he matches if that could be correct based on the time of birth.so the best possible option becomes ur correct time of birth, then he do the charting. it is lenghthy but most accurate process

charting is an easy process based on mathematical rules. prediction is more difficult. sometimes it is not a minutes difference. it could be several minutes.
