Did you notice some thing peculiar in Rex's performance in the last Ranbhoomi round telecast last evening? He sang well, no doubt. But was he singing LIVE? I doubt it very much. I will tell you why. In the second stanza there was a clear echo effect twice which is impossible if you are singing live in a room. That simply means that, aided and abetted by Sony and the Faculty, the song had been pre-recorded and Rex was simply lip synching it.

If you're talking about Rex's 'Tadap Tadap' performance, I couldn't tell if it was pre-recorded or not. But he was awesome in that song and if it indeed pre-recorded, then he def had an edge over the Qazi and Arpita.

The song the three sung together (think it was Mehbhooba Mehbhooba) was def pre-recorded. No one can dance and sing like that at the same time.

echo chambeer has the capability to add effects to the live singing as well. It is sound engineer not the singer who doubles his sound 😊 got it?!

It happens when someone is missing a note or if there is such requirement to add more echo to the mic.

I am not talking about "tadap tadap" number. I am talking about the song Rex sang in the episode telecast yesterday evening. How could he have an edge over Qazi when Qazi did not sing at all in the Ranbhoomi yesterday? He was not required to sing since he is already in the last 3.
As stated, it means Rex missed the notes and his singing had to be camoflaged by echo effect. How come the same facility is not extended to the others singers too, when needed?
