Hey Nish 😳

One of them was very lengthy and tough but I pulled through...the other which I barely studied for turned out to be relatively easy 😆

One of the most awaited shows - Pardes Mein Hai Mera Dil starring popular actors Drashti Dhami and Arjun Bijlani is all set to be on aired next month. The love story between the two is set in the backdrop of Europe. Since, the few episodes of the show are being shot in abroad; the actors had flown to different parts Europe including Vienna and Austria with the entire cast and crew.

However, the makers have recreated Austria sets in Mumbai. Recently, the duo Drashti and Arjun were spotted shooting for a special sequence with the Austria backdrop in Film City, Goregaon. So, what was the reason behind re-creating a similar set in Mumbai?

A close source informs, "The makers had planned 45 days schedule in Europe. Initially, everything went smoothly and safely, but later on, it required two to three extra days to pack up. The weather refused to cooperate; there was no natural light for the shoot. It became impossible for the director to shoot the required sequence with the actors. And hence, the same scene had to be recreated in Mumbai."

The show is a refreshing love story between two mature individuals - Naina (Drashti Dhami) and Raghav (Arjun Bijlani) who are brought together with series of coincidence and happiness. The promos of the show have already raised lot of expectation amongst the fans.

This show revolves around a girl, Naina played by Drashti Dhami who travels to different parts of the world in search of love.

Raghav, played by Arjun Bijlani longs for the right one who can hold his hand walk with him through the journey of life.

Their story will make you wonder if your loved one was always destined to meet you in a bond forged in heavens!

Drashti Dhami would be seen in a completely new look. She is not only the caretaker of her single mother but also her best friend. A Professor of literature, her sincerity and maturity is reflected in her way of life.

Sharing her thoughts on her character, Drashti said, "Naina is very close to my heart as it is like none of my other characters, I do relate to her as a woman. I feel humbled to have been selected for a role which inspires me as a person and is bound to leave a long-lasting impression on the audience." She further adds on the concept, "Viewers will watch the relationship of two strangers mature into friendship and then gradually culminate into love. The journey to love will showcase how love knows no stereotypes set by our society."

Raghav is a man with charming, compassionate, ever helping person whose smiling demeanor charms everyone. He is the pillar of strength for Mehra family especially Indumati Mehra played by Surekha Sikri. The show will unfold a series of circumstances bringing Raghav closer to Naina, with whom he will fall in love with later.

Excited about the new show, Arjun said, "I am overwhelmed with what Raghav's character brings to the small screen. It has been a challenging performance as his character has the shades of cool and calm. He inspires empathy in all. I thoroughly enjoy carrying his wit in my real life as much as on set."
