Its not about getting what one deserves! Pakhi has been innocent too, its not her fault that she is vocal about what she wants and goes after it, or that everyone seems to be pampering her. She is innocent in all of this, but I personally cannot connect with her, for the reasons you've mentioned ie we have always seen her taking things away from Kalpana. There was one instance where both girls had a bet on Kamla's love, I mean seriously? The biological daughter has to place a bet to get her mother's attention?

Gauri has been seen as heartless lately as far as Raghav's feelings are concerned. And she did not seem as shock as am assuming she knew Raghav was in love with someone called Kalpana. And once her hunger is satisfied she might allow him to go and search for her.

OR If her feelings were true towards Kalpana, she might decide to meet her and put her depression to rest.
