I like it too.

It's befitting of our hotshot lawyer. I think the big fat wedding will be towards the end, after RamLa reunion😆

Well said. I think we might get a big fat Indian wedding towards the very end. Hmm...I am not completely against the idea.

Count me in too. I don't like the big fat wedding and that too in desi tv land...a strict no. We've endured enough in the name of marriage already.

I know right!

That's all right. To each, their own, right? I think it's great that you love big weddings. It provides a good way to connect with everyone you know. I personally love small low-key weddings, but I can see the appeal of big weddings.😊

I think its a great idea and totally in line with independant , progressive sumo.
i cried myself hoarse calling shravan regressive when he kept insisting on a grand wedding for preekar.

even now he is not doing this out of progressiveness. he is doing this just to teach sumo a lesson. but hats off to sumo for wanting a simple, example-setting progressive wedding.

just wish both thought alike on this!

great post!

Hehe I don't love big weddings😳
Seems quite opposite to my answer. Hehe.
I personally would rather a simple wedding with my family and close relatives and friends.

But for ShraMan I wanted a nice wedding with all the rituals...For the obvious reason: romance😳

My thoughts regarding marriage is just like Sumo. No big fat Indian weddings, no inviting people we don't know and haven't even met in our lives. I personally prefer either a court marriage or a simple religious wedding at a temple with only family and few very close friends. Then a get-together or a party afterwards along with the relatives and other close people we know.

But I wanted a really a big and dhamakedar wedding for Shraman with all the rituals and masti!!

Thanks for the court marriage... warna tiwari and malhotra parivaar ke rishtedaar would have to book tickets for a third time in ten days... 😆
Jokes apart, I always knew that Sumo and Shravan will have a court marriage. I just want her mehndi to wear off before the wedding, please.

:)

However, I do feel that if things were on the right level with Sumo , Shravan would fully agree for a simpler wedding. the only reason he kept insisting on a grand wedding for PreeKar was that Kamini kept talking about her wishes ... and she was kind of arm tiwsted into agreeing for the wedding, so itw as more out of guilt I guess... And if you look at it Nothing that Kamini wanted happened. Nothing.

Preeti became her bahu.
No destination wedding.
Sangeet happened at a non five star location.
Shaadi happened home.
Wedding ring was what Sumo wanted.

Sumo didn't know how to balance at that time, :)

It could have been pyaar ka vada fifty fifty :)

With Adi, they were okay taking all the help from sasural wale... but Shravanke help karne se Sumo ko personal allergy hai 😆
