Hey guys :')

So there's been a lot of topics opening in the forum, which is good but some is repetitive and seems to cluster up the forum. So I had this idea, how about we appoint someone (or two people) who can open a topic each week on I-F ranking (so like the forum rank and rank of the actors) and someone else on the TRPs (is it still called that?). The discussions will only be held there and any new posts will be merged in with these official posts? That way it's easier to see if everything is in order. And then a few days after, the official post will be closed to make way for the next week's ranking.

So maybe one person who opens topic on I-F ranking on Monday, and another on TRPs on Friday/Thursday (whenever it comes out?) and then the posts will be closed around Sunday (for I-F rank) and the day previous for the TRP's post.

Does that make sense? & what do you guys think?

Friends, do not forget that quality comes over quantity. Quality works will last longer and actually bring in more members to the forum and that way, forum participation will increase in the long run

Majority of the forum members are more concerned to create many topics as possible because of the ranks but do not pay attention to the quality of the posts. We want our forum to be recognized as the best forum to be part of due to the interesting discussion topics instead of be known as the forum with full of spam.

Spam actually reduce the forums quality, exp try to search up "Do Dil Ek Jaan " on google, it will not show up as no 1 because of the spam, our forum will show up as the last in google search results.

Weekly topic on forum rank and TRP sounds good, Zahara. I guess it can be compromised with the weekly topics:) Two members can sign up for it or we will just merge such threads into one:)

TRP thread, I agree with. It should be all kept in one.
Reasons:

1. As MelMel said, the quality matters over quantity. So having many replies in one post would surely be better for the forum rather than having only 4-5 replies scattered over multiple topics on the same.

2. All the discussion/suggestions to improve next weeks stays in one place.

As far as restriction of other posts, I would say spamming doesn't help as much as actual discussion. Yes, pinkyfying topics is important, but that can be done with help of views as well, not necessarily spamming.
