Chapter 4
Raghu comes to his bedroom when he sees his phone is indicating that some one is calling him thorough the vibration. He picks up the phone and sees Rasika's name on the screen.
"Hey Raghu, how are you? why have you switched off your other mobile phone? are you all right baby? I was trying to reach you for so long" Rasika says in a very pampered voice over phone
"Yes Raiska , I am alright, you say if you have any urgency" Raghu says in irritating voice
"Why are you saying like this Raghu? You know today our picture has released and it has already been declared as one of the blockbuster of the year, we should celebrate it together, don't you think so too?" Rasika says it in excitement
"That's really good news Rasika, but currently I am not in a mood of celebration, can we do it later please?" Raghu says it without showing any enthusiasm
"This is not fare, Raghu my darling, I know you do not like these filmy parties and all, but I have already arranged a candle light dinner only for you and me in Hotel Taaj, please be there sharp at 8 o'clock honey" Rasika says in a deep voice
"But I was thinking to spend this night differently Rasika, I thought of going to the GT Road Dhaba, and you know they really make some delicious Chicken Tandoori, you would definitely love it Rasika, then let's go together" Raghu smiles
"Ehhh, have you gone crazy Raghu? we are stars, don't forget it and we have to maintain some status too, have you ever think what will be our reputation if paparazzi takes our snaps in those ugly roadside Dhabas??" Rasika says in anger
"I really give a damn to your status, reputation and paparazzi, talk to you later Rasika" says Raghu and press the red button of the phone without giving any further chance to Rasika.
"I do not know why all producers always want to have a lucky charm in their films though she has nothing to do with the story at all. In this story even, hero has done almost all the things alone, but still producers need something to sell their films, they can not keep faith on Raghu alone.".. Raghu thinks and smiles.
Raghu is tried, he is tired with all those flash lights of photographers, Raghu is tired and exhausted by giving those artificial smiles all times. He has to act on screen and he has to act too in his daily life. If not, then tomorrow's newspaper's page three gossip section will discuss it with all the possibilities of any known and unknown reason. By reading those, sometimes Raghu becomes angry, sometimes he can not decide what exact emotion would be perfectly go with those articles. So, whenever specially in Fridays, his film releases, he prefers to switch off all his electronic communication. Because he knows, after it all producers and production start fighting to get his dates, all those emotional lines and if not, then threatening etc etc.
Raghu is lying on his bed in a dark room, he has to spend has to spend his maximum hours in a heavy weight lights, so he prefers this darker side of his bedroom. His mom comes, today she is wearing some heavy dress, seems like she is going some where.
Raghu's Mom: what happen beta? why you are not ready yet?
Raghu: No Aai, I am not going out any where today..you seems to be going out, you go otherwise you will be late
Aai: Yea, your producer, Nayar jee has insisted me to attend the success party, kya kare, your father is not here and you will not go too, so I have to go there, you know that networking part nah, we have to make a good public relation with them na?
Raghu: you don't need to clarify anything to me, Aai, you go and please switch off the light please.
Aai: please take care of your self, I will come early today.
He stands up and take a pain killer - it helps him when he is having pain on his head. He needs a perfect sleep, otherwise these dreams will keep haunting him like anything. Whenever he feels alone, he feels his Aai's presence around him. But, today, she also left her son, pathetic!!!!now sweet dreams also come rare to him!! because nights are sleepless for him. Everyone is so busy with their own world of fantasy but why can't Raghu become happy with this success - has he ever wanted this from his life?
It's a late night and Raghu is really trying hard to get a good piece of sleep. He now switch on the lights and takes out his personal tab for checking mails. No urgency, no hurry, there is already another person appointed specifically for doing this job, still Arjun wants to do it. When nights are too long, one has to kill the hours by this random works.
Raghu types his name in Goggle search to find any existing yet unknown news about him. Maximum times these news are baseless, in fact imaginary in many cases. The pages takes him in Raghunath Naik - The Superhero's Appreciation Thread in a new site called "India Forum". Raghu chuckled, he didn't knew about this site, it is definitely new experience for him and he feels eager to know more about this AT.
"Some crazy fans are doing their superman's worshiping, interesting!!!" Raghu thinks, "let's see, if some one also does criticize Raghu or not". He does not expect good all time, when you climb the ladder of success, you also keep making many enemies with it. So, he smiles.
He creates a new ID of "Nick" - he likes the name. This is something different from his so called Hindi films names where he has to take either Rahul or Rohan or Raj. "good one!! this should be the appropriate one to hide my identity" Raghu smiles in satisfaction. He posts his first ever comment in his own AT
"knock knock, this is Nick, a die hard Raghu's fan, may be the biggest on this earth, anyone here who wants to welcome me?" Raghu posts it and feels happy. This game is notbad at all.
"Welcome friend!!! but I think you have a wrong conception about yourself, you have not meet with Raghu's biggest and craziest fan ever on this entire universe" a prompt answer comes from another account name "Angel"
Arjun smiles, "not bad at all, who is this angel and he/she is claiming as Raghu's biggest fan on this entire universe. Let's see then!!!" Raghu thinks and replies "I like the person who talk confidently, but have you ever met with him? he is super hero, if you are a great fan of him, let him know it"
"I meet him everyday, every moments and every hour and I will not tell you anything about it. But, welcome to the crazy land and spread Raghu's love all over" Angel replies
