Bingo!

Also, this idea of rebellion against anything and everything has been so deeply romanticised by the media and these 'wokes' that these students don't even realise that they are just being used as puppets. The student leaders are gonna gain mileage and join politics, the political parties will continue their games. It's the genuine students who are losing their precious time and have their future at stake.

If they have to protest then they can protest against the economy, GDP, farmers plight par wo nhi krenge because their leaders won't get footage on these topics.

You know what they should be protesting this hardly for? Unemployment. But do we see that happening? No. That's cause there's no third party/politics behind it, it's a genuine case. It will never get the momentum this protest has got and that's really the saddest part.

Read my cmnt again. There's a big difference between Twitter and real life. I am sure those who got beaten won't be in a condition to tweet anything and i am sure dp who went there to meet these students wouldn't have checked what is trending on Twitter!

True. But I don't think its the middle class though. Middle class gets royally ignored by all politicians all the time. Its the poor and the rich which is why they get favoured by the politicians all the time.

It's true that the middle class gets ignored. But as long as you are not pissing them off they don't bother and go about doing their work but if you piss them off (rampant corruption, soaring prices of basic amenities, unfair reservations) is when you can in no way win an election. Case in point Rajasthan and Delhi. That's why they are the silent core.

There is still time. You can get rid of the hatred in your heart. Better late than never!

I don't have any hatred in my heart. I am from Goa, a state where people from belonging to different communities live in peace and harmony.♥️

I don't need advice from leftist's who only see negative in everything & makeup false mob lynching stories. I strongly believe India is the most tolerant country.

Celebrities should speak up on genuine issues like economic slowdown , population explosion and other problems our country is facing but shouldn't take sides with political parties. Nahi toh full-time politics hi join karle.

I was really looking forward to this movie. Infact I really admire Laxmi since the time I saw her on Satyamev Jayate & many other interviews. I am sure this was Meghana's idea of promotion. There was no need of making this political.

It is not always JNU who is chanting these slogans. JNU is a premier institute in the capital city so students there get more media attention. There are many Kashmiri students on all campuses including IITs and have the same opinion about India. And again it is very small number and in big democracy like India why is made out such a big deal.

ABVP student herself admitted that they were carrying sticks, stones, and acids in self-protection. LOL.. There were many eyewitnesses who said they saw people with acid in hand outside JNU as well. SC has banned carrying acids. There is also video without mask of ABVP previous president with yellow hoddie with the stick and the same person with the same costume with mask was leaving campus with a group of 50-60 people(many had sticks in their hands) at night after violence. Yes, I agree it is not proved yet but please look at all kinds of videos.

Also, there is audio clip in which the girl with mask and stick is talkign to her senior where she admits it is her in checkered shirt and requesting her senior not to tell anyone that she was there.

I do not deny there is no problem from left students. But the video you are talkign about is from before this vioelnce where scuffle between two groups happened on campus for which these students can be expelled.suspended as per rule. But what happened after 7pm was terrorist attack carried out by one group with masks and weapons.

There is also a clip of nsui or some left wing student who was with these goons and guiding these people where to go. And the WA nos asking people to come and attack jnu was of some congress committee member. Too bad the girl who posted ss forgot to edit the ss and later when got exposed along with barkha dutt had to delete that tweet! Any cmnts on that?

Unless we meant every leftist at JNU is part of the tukde tukde gang , I don't understand how are these labels being used for this incident.

see the thing is when you support someone, then its automatically assumed that you support their ideology..........just like everyone talking about anything good by government is called Modi Bhakt......even if there are few who wants to divide India...... those supporting them, will be assumed as same ideologies........how do i know, who supports and who doesn't ??

about students getting beaten up......... that is WRONG and i have said so in my first comment too.....
