That could be for want of a better term, may b they dont like to refer God as " IT" 😆

I wouldnt read much into it as I dont think anyone would lay claim to knowing Gods gender . We refer to our country as our motherland & so its a She though we all know that a country should be "it". I think its just a sort of convention .

Yes some people consider God as the Father and some as the Holy Mother. God is often considered to be Androgynous, neither a male nor a female. But when God incarnates on earth He can choose either to come as a man or a woman. In Truth God is beyond all these and He claims that he is in our hearts consoling and guiding us. Eventually we realise that we are all part of God and there is no difference. So to simplify it, our real self is God and our temporary mistaken identity is the Ego.

The force has no gender, shape or form. Feel the force. May the force be with you.

Mary is regarded as the Holy Mother too, and only the Catholics pray to her. Most of the other Christian denominations do not pray to her.
Christians are supposed to believe in the Fatherhood of God and the brotherhood of men (n women). But not many really follow the religion like everywhere else.

i agree with Perfangel5655

to add to what was said in Christianity the followers believe in God as the Holy Trinity ie the The Father, the Son and the holy spirit

the father indicating God since its male so he

but in islam Allah (swt) has no gender but still is talked abt as he bcoz in terms of language and history the word Allah is a strong word so masculine description and in terms of history
the majority of the known world has had male rulers so hence why God isnt referred to as She
the religion where that is different is of course Hinduism
where they have both male n female Gods so both He and She are used
