She is stuck up in her so called royalty and wealth.Their was no maturity in her behavior when Suhasini introduced her to Swadheentha. I mean,when you meet someone you greet them properly,have a talk with them,have the food offered..But she was just clinging on to Adarsh like a small kid.It was Swadheentha who was trying to converse with her.
"Naam Bade Aur Darshan Chote" tag suits Vanshika.

Suhasini, in her attempt to find a sophisticated girl for adarsh(and push swadheenta out of his mind) dumped a vapid princess on his head. she should have at least tried to find someone who matched his intelligence. with vanshikha, he will only have one sided, mind numbing "conversations"
