riram: "@Akindu - IMHO, the challenge for teams like HK, UAE or Oman to find and groom homegrown players. Its hard to build a team and play consistent Cricket with guest players. I suppose the best they can hope is to play Asia cup or T20 WC when its 20 Teams. Even the likes of Namibia and Zimbabwe struggle with homegrown players despite their ODI status."
