It is not that she does not trust Dev.....but being traditional girl, and brought up in the orthodox family, she is uncomfortable.........and feels it is wrong.........Moreover, when she was in the same room, before with him during RP puja.......everyone in the family knew abt it and consented to her staying in the room, as it was everyone's majboori.........

but now she is already feeling bad, that she lied to babuji....(Keeping silent is equivalent to lying........delibrately led him on to believe what he was thinking)..........so, she was thinking of family izzat, and feeling what anyone wld think............

If she has complete trust on someone it is her Dev...............
