I dont know if Dev put it on her or it was like a sign from Kanha ..
I dont know if dev accepted the childhood marriage but he knows that RAdhika believes in it and she would probably never forget it ..he was like challenging her in a way seeing if she has the guts to undo the knot which she believed in since 12 years ...Dev knows that RAdhika thinks that they are married and she wont ever forget this bond ...this is probably a way to stop her from backing out the marriage ...but for a fact i know she wont be able to undo the knot 😉

it was like he was asking' if she will forget him,can she live without him and the most will she do another marriage as she believes in childhood marriage
so she will stop her life at this point na and all bcoz his place in society .
